I am a delivery driver plus I have eaten here. I have never had a bad experience. The workers are the absolute nicest people. They treat us just like they would customers. Some places don't do this. They ignore us. Applebees in Ozark is one of my favorite places to pick up orders at.

We ordered dinner for car side to go. It was a complete waste of $65. The chicken wonton wrappers, chicken fajita rollup and bacon cheddar chicken sandwich were all incredibly spicy. It was like the cook was seasoning angry that night and adding extra spice to everything he could! None of us could finish our food. We can tolerate some spice but not make your mouth numb and eyes water spicy. You also can't order no lettuce on the chicken fajita rollup. It's not an option on the app or when you call in. It says it's not an option on that meal but it clearly states the wrap comes with lettuce and it was covered in lettuce when I got it. We ate at an Applebees in Tallahassee last month and it was delicious and not flaming hot.

Not only did I wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged to be seated. We were met with plastic utensils as well as to go cups (for dine in). Waited 20 more minutes for a drink from the bar. Was expected to cut my steak with said plastic wear. Background music was not family friendly in the least, while children were present. Considering I commuted an hour from home to eat here, was sorely disappointed with my experience.
