Server was gruff, Gave me my sandwich with sauce and stuff on it even though I specifically asked for it with cheese ONLY. She didn't ask what kind of fries I wanted and gave me curly fries which I returned to the counter for crinkle fries. My shake was very thin and bland. Was absolutely , completely not worth the 20 something dollars that I spent!!

I paid 31.79 for two steak bowls, order of cheese sticks, and large fry. Asked for it all to be cooked fresh, was pulled up and waited 15 min to get home and everything was cold. Ice cold.

Worst arbys food I ever had was a mess and cold then after they replaced the sandwich with the same cold meat and they rolled their eyes when I asked for my cheese cup they also need to change the oil did they fry the potato cakes in when oil is old it soaks into the food and makes the food taste nasty

The steak bowl was unavailable, but was still able to get the Steak nuggets. They were soft tender fall apart in your mouth. However it gave more roast, puller pork vibes then steak. Definitely worth trying

Great food and quick service. This Arby's is located in Love's truckstop so naturally the atmosphere can be a bit loud at times due to all the traffic.

08/06/2025 I am a freigt hauler. I do alot of my rest breaks at Loves Travel Centers. Most of which have Arby's as their headlining restaurant. On this particular evening I stopped in and as greeted immediately by a young lady named Pamela. Very very sweet lady. She let me know immediately that a particular limited time item (Philly cheesesteak) was no longer available. So I proceeded to order. When I got my meal everything was fresh. Quite honestly this was the BEST Arby's meal that I've had. You can just tell when you received food from people that actually take pride in their profession. Thank You Arby's in the Ozark, AL location. Inside the Loves Travel Stop. Sorry for no pics.
I Ordered Jalapeño Poppers, Was Charged $4.68. I Gave The Cashier a $5 Bill, and .68 cents. She Grabbed a CALCULATOR... 😳😳😳

I'm not sure if it's just cuz I was craving an Arby's classic roast beef or if it's just cuz I haven't had one in so long. But I will say I ordered the classic beef and cheddar because I like the onion bun don't like the cheddar though. When I asked the young lady no cheddar no issues I got exactly what I wanted and oh my goodness it was excellent. Jojo the young lady who took my order at the drive-thru was amazing.

Went twice in a week..first time I ordered a jamocha shake, I got vanilla. The second time, I actually had to remind her to give me the au jus (sp?) to dip my sandwich in. Good..just don't expect to automatically get what you order.
