Great food and quick service. This Arby's is located in Love's truckstop so naturally the atmosphere can be a bit loud at times due to all the traffic.

08/06/2025 I am a freigt hauler. I do alot of my rest breaks at Loves Travel Centers. Most of which have Arby's as their headlining restaurant. On this particular evening I stopped in and as greeted immediately by a young lady named Pamela. Very very sweet lady. She let me know immediately that a particular limited time item (Philly cheesesteak) was no longer available. So I proceeded to order. When I got my meal everything was fresh. Quite honestly this was the BEST Arby's meal that I've had. You can just tell when you received food from people that actually take pride in their profession. Thank You Arby's in the Ozark, AL location. Inside the Loves Travel Stop. Sorry for no pics.

I Ordered Jalapeño Poppers, Was Charged $4.68. I Gave The Cashier a $5 Bill, and .68 cents. She Grabbed a CALCULATOR... 😳😳😳

I'm not sure if it's just cuz I was craving an Arby's classic roast beef or if it's just cuz I haven't had one in so long. But I will say I ordered the classic beef and cheddar because I like the onion bun don't like the cheddar though. When I asked the young lady no cheddar no issues I got exactly what I wanted and oh my goodness it was excellent. Jojo the young lady who took my order at the drive-thru was amazing.

Went twice in a week..first time I ordered a jamocha shake, I got vanilla. The second time, I actually had to remind her to give me the au jus (sp?) to dip my sandwich in. Good..just don't expect to automatically get what you order.
We dined in, when we ordered we repeated our order to hopefully ensure she knew what we were ordering, she got one order right, but the other order that was clarified and repeated, the cashier entered in something different, we tried to have her fix it, she just agreed, when we received our order she insisted that we didn’t order what we were trying to get, her team lead refunded us for the breakfast meal she charged us for, and charged us for the meal she got wrong.

My husband and I went to the drive thru for lunch. He had a brisket sandwich and I had a turkey sandwich with curley fries. The 2 ladies that worked here were so kind and very helpful. We appreciate their kindness.
The only complaint I have is that I had to wait for them to cook some chicken for me and by the time I got my food the fries were cold and old. Call me a pain, but IMO those fries are super overpriced and getting anything other then fresh amd hot fries is unacceptable.

I just ordered a corned beef reuben to go. Employees were friendly. The problem is that when we were traveling, I opened the sandwich to eat it. One half had a very small pile of kraut that was barely there, the other half had none.

Best place to get breakfast Really fast and food is always hot. Service is typically very good. They rarely ever get the order wrong. The one thing holding them back from 5 stars is the treatment given if they ever do get your order wrong. They don't listen, they cut you off and they have attitude like it's your fault it's wrong. Given they do correct the order, but that's after arguing with you and not listening to what is wrong. Then you can tell that you just interrupted their whole day because when you receive the food, it's sloppy. But even after it's said and done, I still apologized for inconveniencing them, and they still continued to cut me off. So by all means. It's a great place to eat. Probably the best Arby's I've ever been to. Just need to work on situation assessment and how they treat people when they mess up.
