Had an issue with an item tonight, but the manager made it right. 10/10 for the service and employees.
It is good advice to always check your items before leaving the restaurant if taking it to go (good advice for any restaurant, really), but if you have an issue, don’t be afraid to bring it up to the employees respectfully—they will treat you right.

Just stopped on my way back to Midland City. Waited over 10 minutes at the window. Ordered the supreme sampler and 4 extra shrimp.. got home was missing 2 chicken strips 10 shrimp and Mac and cheese.so $16 for 2 pieces of fish handful of fries and 2 cold hush puppies 🤬 check your order people!!!!!

What can you say about Captain D's it's okay it's not the best place in the world is not the worst place in the world is fish fast food that's about all you can expect out of it it's okay it's not great it's not bad sometimes the one in Ozark Alabama sucks the food wasn't good the manager stunk and I will never buy anything else there at Captain D's in Ozark Alabama

We were there at 11:300 am, and got cold French fries! How is that even possible? The fish was great, but the disappointing fries at that time of the day has us perplexed! They were nice about it, and everyone working that day were friendly and gracious, making it difficult to report the cold French fries.

I stopped by at this Captain D's to utilize their restroom. I decided to try their two piece fish and fries for $5.99 and I was indescribably pleased that they cooked everything fresh!! The lunch was cooked perfectly. No grease at all on the fish or French fries!! I do not mind waiting a few minutes for fresh fried foods. I am happy that I tried this restaurant for lunch today!!
