The food is good but I shouldn't have a window slammed in my face for ordering something they don't like to make. I order sometimes like 4 to 5 chili dogs and I give them ample time like 30 mins to make them and all I get when I go to pick them up is rudeness. The guy up there will cuss and slam a window in your face after he shoves your bag at .

Reason for my low score is from what I witness today during lunch time! I heard a guy walking out saying he's going to fire someone all from his mess up! I'm thinking he's the big guy that was doing the talking cause of the profanity he was using! I do believe he owe each and one of the workers a apology! I eat there alot due to short30 min lunch and their fast service right with good customer service...but the way the Asain looking guy was yelling I would never go back if that's who's behind that company! It's ways to do things and today was not a way to talk with someone you suppose to lead!!!! Other than that experience I would say the food was awesome and freshly cooked! I said a Prayer for the guy and hope his day got better cause he had no business saying what he said to his employers that was working so hard!!!! I sure hope they get their apology they deserves!

Chicken Bites meal inedible. Drove through at 12:30 p.m. so it was during rush hour, and items should have been fresh. But the chicken bites were old, hard, and impossible to chew. I did have a bit of a wait because they did not have french fries ready. I watched them pull them out of the fryer. Wish the chicken were that fresh as well since that is the main part of the meal.
