“I've been eating from this Zaxby's since 2020. I have not had a bad experience yet. I don't necessarily agree with putting your employees outside under a lil 4x4 cover to take my order when there's an operational drive thru... but that's just my opinion. Leave that system to Chik FilA that already does it well.
