Pizza was doughy not cooked all the way through. Toppings are all over the place and sauce was everywhere. Ordered pan pizza and it's not even a pan pizza.

I enjoy this place however, customer service sucks, the price is INSANE!!! I paid $60 for 2 medium pizzas. No bread sticks no drinks or anything. Two pizzas!?!? Come on ppl. I didn’t know it would be that much. All that money for rude employees. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. Two toppings were left off of it….thank god it would have been $70. Once I cut it and ate it, it was good. But I don’t care how good it is. Two medium pizzas are not worth $60. Definitely lost customers due to those prices.

Would not take a $50 bill for $25 worth of pizza so I canceled my order because I didn't have a credit card and I didn't have any more cash. And that was after driving all the way there from my house to make sure they got the order correct. I didn't see anything online where I ordered about not taking $50 bills

I ordered my pizza on line. I get to the store pay for my order was told 15 more minutes. During my time waiting was asked several times what is the last name on my order was told a few more minutes. After a hole hour of waiting I was told my order was never started and then they was happy after that I wanted to cancel my order.
The main issue I have is that they asked me several times what was the name on my order after I even paid and hour later they decided to say oh sorry we haven't started your order. You would have thought the times they keep asking me my name on the order they would have seen it was started yet not hour later and I asked how much longer

My boyfriend picked up a pizza tonight that I preordered while y’all were very busy and we had excellent service. The manager Adrian Williams. He was running the place perfectly with the staff. My boyfriend doesn’t usually give the best reviews or any at all so I was shocked when he requested me to give a good review for Adrian and his staff. Overall he was definitely pleased with y’alls service. Especially on a busy Friday night. So, thank you very much!

I placed a delivery order and right as I got it I noticed part of it was missing so i instantly call the store and they tell me they were sorry and they will have a delivery driver bring it back out. 30 minutes pass and still never received it so I call back and they tell me the same thing it’ll be out shortly looks like it’s on route and this came from the manager. A whole HOUR and still haven’t had a delivery. So I call back and they tell me they should be pulling up real quick. I have been waiting two hours so I call back and tell them I want a refund because this is just ridiculous. Finally a driver comes out 1- knocks on the wrong door 2- they didn’t even give him the right food that was for me. I should not have to wait more than 2 hours for their mistake disappointed

My son ordered a pizza from home around 10:15 A.M. and asked if I would pick it up for him. When I got to Domino's the manager said that my son had ordered a pizza for 12 noon. The manager stated that they would go ahead and make the pizza than rather my having to come back. The lady who made the pizza stopped what she was doing and made the pizza without complaint. I personally don't usually eat pizza but I tried a slice when I got home and I told my son that the pizza was excellent. When he tried a slice he agreed with me. Very good food and excellent employees!

Placed a order at 8:25 pm deiver didnt "get here until 10:12" no one onocked at my door we waited over 3 hours and they canceled our order ! The manager Jae, didnt seem to care and said her driver didnt know where to go . Im so livid

I saw the advertisement on a social media platform and decided to get some pizza. On entry, they told me, I could not give my special order on the spot, I had to go to my cell phone and made my order, which was definitely much more costly than the advertisement. I waited just there and even my order was ready and getting cold, until I asked for it, no buddy told me it's ready. As usual everyone of us know ,it's not a healthy meal anyway. So, next time, I will ask myself 3 times to go to a pizza shop.

We ordered pizza every Wednesday night until we got our pizza with very little cheese and mostly sauce. When brought to the attention of this store he informed me he made the pizza and did everything right, because now they have to weigh the pizzas. I wish I would have checked the pizzas before I left. Driving 30 minutes back wasn't an option. Lost my business!
