Placed an order at 630. At 730 I go in the store and ask about my order to be told it's not even on the screen yet. I get told it will be at least another 45 minutes before my order will be ready. I ask for a refund as that would be way too late for my kids to eat dinner and am told that it will be 3 days before I would get my refund. No sympathy from the management at this location. They acted like there was nothing wrong with waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza. Couldn't even give me a recipt with the refund amount for my order. I was basically told to put my trust in the management that my money would be returned. I guess I shall see in three days if I get a refund. Definitely will not return to this location.

Recent experience with this particular pizza joint in Ozark has been terrific. They have been really nailing the crust IMO. My wife also said her pizzas the last few times we've gotten pizza from there has been really good, so much so I had to come and give a very positive review. My past experiences have been a mixed of both bad and terrible pizzas. However, recently, like I just said they have really been nailing the crust. The taste of it is superb. I got ham with extra cheese and no garlic crust. My wife got beef and pepperoni also now garlic crust. It was delicious. I talked to one of the guys who brought out my pizza for me cause I'm on crutches and he was very courteous and polite. Ozark Domino's is truly up to par on the pizza wave length and I love me some pizza for sure...and Dominos has been doing a great job. Keep up the good work folks.

I have been meaning to share this post for about a month and just remembered. A few Sundays ago, my church was doing a large scale event for our kids ministry, Fallapalooza. Adrien Williams went out of his way to get the pizzas completed in a time crunch and deliver them to my church. The GTH kids and staff were beyond happy with the quality of the pizza and let me add that his customer service was ASTOUNDING. There had been some confusion from the call center and I almost canceled the entire order but he really came through for us. He called me back and held to his promise of delivering what we needed, when we needed it! He raised the bar!! Thanks again Adrien!!!

For almost 3 years we've ordered from here with only 2 not-so-great experiences (pizza quality issues). Tonight makes 3. I called and the manager, Jacob, was very apologetic. 3 pizzas with enough cheese for 1. My advice...make sure you open the pizza and check it before you leave the shop.

Walked in, greeted hello and asked carry out or ordering? Carryout...its coming out of the oven...ok thanks...sits down Delivery driver comes in talks etc takes next Delivery leaves...then another Delivery driver n so forth...customer walks in and gets their pickup order...i see a employee get the pizza packed and placed on pickup area... still sitting waiting...until a guy employee who is running the place well, go to the pickup area and say names out and I hear mine and get up to go get it...come on do better...also we always order Extra cheese and its never extra cheese...only one time we got it...going to order one of each next time and go pick it up and show them...lol

Domino’s Pizza in Ozark sucks I ordered my pizza about 830. I live about eight minutes from Domino’s. On the app, it says they was getting it ready so I waited till about 10 o’clock and it still said on the app. They was getting it ready so I went down to the store and they have so many people‘s orders that they have not delivered and it’s 10:30 now they close at 11pm So when I eventually got my pizza it was cold, and I ordered some loaded tots and they was burnt up on the bottom. they will never get my business again#Domino’s suck in Ozark, Alabama

They were absolutely SLAMMED and the general manager handled his team with ease and his team hitting the park. A little longer of a wait but worth it. Their team work is amazing. Definitely deserves the recognition because they were slammed and I’m sure some people had an issue with the wait time but sitting in the store I saw how busy it was. They were working very very very hard.
