Every time we come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, they never have any donuts. We went at 6:30 in the morning today and there was no donuts hardly left. If it’s 6:30 in the morning, there’s hardly any donuts what happens during the day. People don’t like not having a variety of donuts. If you want to stay in business, you need to get more donuts and have more on available not just a few for people to have to figure out what they may like and not like.

I pre-ordered online 2 days ahead for an event, just to arrive to confused workers who did not prep the order and were asking me about my order instead of referencing the ticket in front of them. As a result, my Pickup was 35 minutes late and my event was delayed as a result.

I want to rave on these workers for a minute! I put in a mobile order multiple times a week as I’m typically in a rush to get to work ( in the OR). I stroll through usually around 6AM if not before and the staff is always friendly and always has my order ready. Mainly I wanna brag on their positive attitude they continue to uphold day in and day out. It’s not often you get consistent service like this in the food industry but that is why I will continue to choose this location for my morning fix!

I usually have no issues with their food. My fiancé said that he has though. I have had horrible sulphur burps since I had my lunch at about noon. My stomach has also been bothering me since then. The egg tasted old.

Very rude lady on the microphone. My boyfriend could barely even finish saying the order without her talking over him saying what size with an attitude. I work in a coffee shop too, and i’d understand having a bad day, but doesn’t excuse you if your old enough to have a job to take it out on others🤦♀️.

Celeste saved my kiddos first date. After waiting 10 min. She jumped behind the counter when she wasnt on shift and the store was empty and was patient and polite. The other workers finally showed up when she she was done doing their job.
We stopped by there tonight and had the friendliest person help us. I think her name is Ebony? I made a mistake on my order and she fixed it without two thoughts. She made my night!

I’ll most likely change this since I do go to Dunkin every morning, I go today like everyday to get the same things, to be told I forgot to heat the oven so you can’t get the food you want. I drive around to get my coffee at least to not have a coffee ready. I get my coffee and mind you I simply reorder the same order daily, I had to ask for the cold foam to be told “I’ll do that for you” hun, its on the ticket you should have done it to begin with. Not to mention the coffee is terrible today or maybe it’s in my head bc I’m afraid to drink it not knowing if I piss the worker off so no telling what is really in it. This is just very disappointing. I just moved back to Ozark from Enterprise and NEVER did I have this issue there. I’m just highly annoyed. Worse I don’t even know if I can go back and trust that my stuff will be okay to drink/eat since I had to call Dunkin customer service. && posted the pic to show I did in fact place an order with cold foam for the smart ass comment of “I’ll do that for you” ??
