First time trying Firehouse Subs and it was an amazing experience. It was an delivery order and when it arrived it was still hot. The subs were packed with meat, cheeses and fresh veggies. Everything was well put together

I bought a large meatball sub got home with it, its very very dry, no sauce that the meatballs sit in, i called to let them know all i received was 'oh my bad' lol not you can bring it back or anything of the sort. Even though i continplateted taking it back..i just theow it away and wont go there again sorry

Me and my wife ordered food from there about 5:58 and they said it would be ready at 6:16. Well she got there probably about 6:20 at the latest and the food was already cold. And the service was awful. Never be back
