I bought a large meatball sub got home with it, its very very dry, no sauce that the meatballs sit in, i called to let them know all i received was 'oh my bad' lol not you can bring it back or anything of the sort. Even though i continplateted taking it back..i just theow it away and wont go there again sorry

Me and my wife ordered food from there about 5:58 and they said it would be ready at 6:16. Well she got there probably about 6:20 at the latest and the food was already cold. And the service was awful. Never be back

It was very little interaction because my order was waiting for me. She came from behind the counter and took me to where my sub was.
Visited for the first time since moving to Ozark AL. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered three medium sandwiches to go and waited patiently at a table. A server called my name and handed me a bag. I drove home only to find I was short a sandwich once opened. I know, never trust any fast food place to get it right. Always check before leaving. Yes my bad. I worked in the service industry forty years and worked under the principle "You never get a second chance to make a first impression". Food Quality: Not up to franchise standards. Look... I don't know about you all, but I'm running out of local places to eat. So what did the manager have to say about it? " I'm sorry " I am to sorry! I won't be back.

Great service, delicious sandwiches and awesome sweet tea! Ordered 3 combos, medium sandwich special for $6.99 each! Food delivered to our table quickly, and just as we ordered! Restaurant well stocked and clean, and staff was friendly! I Highly recommend trying out their subs!
