I've been to this restaurant 3 times and all 3 times my order was made wrong. This last visit, I asked for a burger with no tomato & no mustard. There was so much mustard on the burger it was dripping down the side. Of course the tomato was there too. Time before this, I paid extra for grilled tenders & they gave me fried. And my first time going, they charged me extra for bbq sauce & then gave me good finger sauce instead. I wanna like this place but I don't go often because they screw up my order literally every time. And after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes of my lunch break then rushing back to work to eat, its super disappointing not to get what you pay for… every single time. I won't be back this time.

First time ever visiting a Goldfingers! And I was definitely not disappointed. Everyone there was so sweet and kind. The manager was super nice. It was super clean there as well. Prices were also not bad. Food was amazing!!

Food is good and always hot but the last time I came through the drive-thru the employee quite literally threw my card and food back at me. Never had any problems like that from this location except this time so hopefully they fix their attitude because it was not that busy to be throwing people their stuff.

2nd time coming. Chicken nuggets overcooked hard to bite into kids chicken disenegrated bc it was cooked that long. Probably won’t go back not worth it. Dothan is where we will continue
On Saturday , May 10, 2025, at 7:37 pm I did the basic drive through order process which was uneventful. However, when I got our two orders home the French fries were not only a bare minimum number of fries but also the most tasteless items we have ever eaten.
Also, we noticed that yes we got the precise number of tenders but more than half of them were the scrawniest tenders we have ever had. Great for being technically correct but you have lost another family customer in Ozark, AL.
We could never recommend this Goldfingers Ozark to anyone.
