Every time I visit this location, I'm pulled up as if my order needs time to prepare. But immediately the food is brought out. They separate the orders as if they were purchased separately, and get my order wrong. The food taste like something has been put in it. If 0 stars were an 0 stars were an option, I'd give 0.

Worst food I’ve ever tasted. I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender, only received 3 pieces the size of my pinky, burnt, and hard!! The lobby closes at 5pm. Just shut the entire facility down.waste of $40.

First I’ll start off with every time I go the door is locked and everyone had to go through the drive thru to get food. Y’all stoped selling folded egg now everything has fried egg on it except the loaded omelette. I ordered two loaded omelets got home took a bit out of it and then opened it up and seen all it was just egg and ham. What happened to the sausage and bacon on it. Total waste of money.

The food is pretty good if you ever get what you order service was unfriendly and un organized ordered a mushroom swiss double left with a bacon cheeseburger didn't realize till I was already in my driveway. Ozark fast food restaurants need to step up holy smokes

Great customer service from the whole team! GM and Management team were very helpful and friendly along with the employees. Went to eat dinner around 530-6pm. We were greeted soon as we walked in. And we didn’t wait long for our food maybe 5 minutes or so. It was my husband and myself, we spent about 20-30$. We got 2 monster burger meals(HIGHLY RECOMMEND) The food was freshly made, the fries were delicious and fresh out of the fryer. And the employees were quick to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed! Definitely will be going back! Might make this our next dinner spot(Donner Date) my husband don’t really like fast food for dinner but he said he would eat there all the time that he never been to a restaurant before that Greeted, took order, made fresh food and made sure we were satisfied like Hardee’s OzArk AL has!! He is very impressed and can’t wait to eat there again.. thank you to all the night shift crew management and employees whom have worked hard to make these customers proud and happy! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK HARDEES OZARK AL CREW!!!

I almost never write reviews on restaurants unless they're exceptional or exceptionally bad. This one was obviously exceptionally bad. I showed up 12 minutes before they closed and waited at the drive thru menu which was lit for 2 minutes before I decided to pull forward. When I got to the window and flagged an employee down I was told that "They decided to close early." Who "they" is is beside me and doesn't really matter. If you can make up the rules as you see fit and close when you're supposed to be open then maybe you shouldn't be a business and/or the employees working the shift shouldn't work there anymore. This was 18OCT2024.
My daughter went to Hardee's tonight for me. She started at the drive thru and when she got not answer and no service even after trying to get the attention of the employee, she had to go inside where she was told they knew they didn't answer when she called out to them. The on shift supervisor was too busy eating his own dinner to even address her. The boys behind the counter were completely unconcerned with her business or her order. The food cost 38 dollars and change for 3 Burgers and stale fries. Needless to say that's the last penny they will receive from my wallet. The Ozark Hardee's has gotten worse and worse. I am done
