The service I received this morning, at the drive-through, was very impressive. The lady who took my order was very patient and the lady at the window was patient and attentive. The food has always been good.

This Hardee's was completely chaotic and the worst one we've been to in a while. While they had plenty of workers present (7), no one other than the 1 cashier seemed to be on task. We waited 15-20 mins to order, our fault for staying, then an additional 30 just to get 2 chicken biscuits ( not even combos). To have gotten our money back would have been just as long since they still had about 7 in line still trying to order. The only reason we got our food at 30 mins was the cashier noticed us still waiting. A family of 4 got their big meal trays before us and they ordered about 3 after us... She then asked if we were still waiting and what we ordered. Very disappointed to say the least. The biscuits were good, everything else lacking. So much more we noticed in back while waiting but I won't go there at least they showed up to work.

(1)Love the biscuits. (2) Way too much talking (cussing)and arguing in front of customers. Seen it numerous times. Once seen a worker get in between 2 workers that looked like they were gonna fight.

Stop by Hardee’s in Ozark at basically 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Wanted two cheeseburgers. They asked me that I want big or regular so natural so big. Charge me $5.29 apiece which ended up tax and all $11.53. I guess it’s my fault because I never looked for a special, but I was never offered a special. I could’ve gotten the same thing for half price. That’s bad enough, but the big cheeseburgers were basically a big bun that was stale and hard. I eat at Hardee’s. I wouldn’t say frequently but quite often because I travel and call customers. Hardee’s in my hometown was so very disappointing in price and quality. Trust you me, if I would’ve opened one of these burgers before I left, I would have returned them. And I’m not a person to return anything.
Came in at lunchtime. No customers in the place except me and my friend. One employee was standing in the dining room on his cell phone, no one at register to take our orders. Finally, another employee came out and took our order. She took my debit card and said she had to ring it up at drive thru. The man in the back grabbed a chicken finger out of the pan, saw me looking, and threw it back in the pan. Now I understand why no one is here at lunch. They took our order at 12:32, it is 12:43 and she still doesn't have her order.
