The people here are fantastic, but I don't understand what they're doing. Wr order often, but no two orders are remotely the same. What's with the crust? Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's like cardboard. The sausage was different, too. I didn't like it at all. It ruined our favorite pizza. Sometimes, the toppings are lumped in the center of the pizza with very few ingredients around the outside. Then, when you pick up a slice, those toppings fall right off the slice. Sometimes the crust is doughy and sometimes it is hard. Lately, there has been n consistency.

When we got there, no one else was there except one pick-up lady waiting for someone's order. After we ordered, several other people came in and got their orders before us and left. There was a guy who ordered ahead who came in, used a self-serve machine where you scan a QR code to get your food, the door opened, and there was no food in there. The pick-up lady had her food put into a self-serve, the lady behind the counter didn't even tell her it was ready for her to check it out of the box. The lady behind the counter also tried to give food to the wrong people multiple times. We ended up waiting 30 mins for order because I think ours went to someone else. Behind the counter was a mess! Gross seeing all the pepperoni all over the floor and trash over flowing where they prepare your food.

Ordered my food on their website and had it delivered. More than half my order was missing so I called the store. They told me that it was the dashers fault that they didn't grab certain items. They couldn't do anything. I called the refund department and they said I will only get half of my payment back in 22 business days. So basically I paid 16.00 for a 6.99 pizza, since that was the one item that I did received. Never will order from them again

This is the first review I’ve left and, I hate that it’s a bad one. I normally wouldn’t do this but, I feel I have no choice. The bread sticks I got were raw and barely edible. I got there and they said we’d have to wait 15 minutes. I was okay with that. The breadsticks came out fast, I now realize too fast. However we waited longer than we should’ve because the girl didn’t give us the breadsticks. Now, in her defense they were busy. However, I saw that other people were also having problems with their orders not being ready, including people who called in. I literally saw the order sitting there and the girl still didn’t give it to me. I’m not sure if she didn’t notice or wasn’t paying attention. However, like I said, in her defense they were busy. However, like I also said, I normally wouldn’t do this but, Someone could get sick if this continues. The thing is, I’ve gotten food from here many times and have never had this or any, for that matter, problem. This, therefore, was shocking and disappointing. I hope in writing this review, that this establishment will see it and do something it. This place is part of my fondest memories. I want to see it get better, not worse. I want to see it continue to succeed. Please do better, Ozark Little Caesar's. Sincerely, Disappointed Costumer. God Bless!

So I went in about 2 weeks ago to get a ?-pizza for my daughter. My daughter said she was trying to CALL it in, but never got an answer. I get there & the MANAGER was at the register waiting for an employee to show up for her shift so she could take over the register. Once the employee got there, I told her I wanted a ?-pizza. She told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait....I really didn't want to actually WAIT that long 4 a pizza but it was 4 my daughter who LOVES pizza. I waited but decided to step outside to talk to a recent retiree from Ft. Novosel that I knew. Once I came went bk in, I was told the guy made a PEPPERONI pizza instead of the ?-pizza I had already asked for & that he was in the processof making the ? pizza. I was BEYOND livid bc i was thinking I was waiting on a ? pizza the whole time when the guy was making a PEPPERONI pizza instead (smdh) Last time I checked, CHEESE & PEPPERONI don't sound ANYTHING alike & what made it worse was I specifically told the cashier I wanted a ?-pizza & I know she heard me or she would've asked me to REPEAT it. So I had to wait even longer 4 the RIGHT pizza to be made as if I hadn't waited enough already. While I was waiting the 2nd time, I felt like since I had to RE-WAIT due to a mistake THEY made, I should at least be able to get something FREE bc of it so I went to the register & asked if I could get some Breadsticks 4 my wait...The employee told me the breadsticks would be $4 & some change...I told her I wasn't tryna BUY them but that they should be FREE since they messed my order up & I had to wait a 2nd time. Only thing she said was "Oh we can't do that" which was Crazy to me. They can't do nothing but UPSET the CUSTOMERS....the same CUSTOMERS who keep them with a JOB in the 1st place. Whatever happened to making sure the CUSTOMER is HAPPY/SATISFIED upon leaving....??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️

OMG.went online to see the menu before I order.. the online app was really a shock to me..ONLY PICTURES no price.. didn't say anything about the choices you can pick from..price of anything At All!! I called to place an order he put me on hold for 3 mins.. then a manger came to the phone..ask me what I was having an issue with. I was like WHAT? SO ANYWAYS I ended up going to the location to get 2 pizza HOT Ñ READY..NO NO NO I will never eat there again..was dry and nasty had hardly anything on it including the sauce very very dry.i are the top only..it's awful to think this place hasn't a care for the customer .. they need just close it..they suckkk

Disappointed in the food quality this last visit to the Ozark location. We purchased 2 Take Out Pizzas at the same time. When we arrived home we opened the first pizza and it was fresh. However, the second pizza was visibly old and chewy like a rawhide dog bone. That pizza had clearly been sitting in their hot box for many hours past its holding time. But this is not the first time this type of incident has happened to my family here in the Southeast Alabama area. We fed it to the dogs.
