Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy breads, and some wings from here on 8/4/25. One of the pizzas and the wings were fine but the second pizza that was supposed to have jalapeños on one half and ham on the other, had both toppings on the entire pizza and it was undercooked. Also, the crazy bread was only partially cooked with raw dough still inside. We ended up having to finish cooking the crazy bread in order to eat it. I feel like the staff either needs to be trained better on how to build a pizza to order or pay better attention to the orders that come in. I live far enough away that it wasn't worth the gas to drive back to rectify the situation but I will probably not be going back to this location.

Went to go pick up my pizza. It was underdone when I asked them about it, they said I have to order it in person to get it cooked. so I waited while they cooked another. 1 second 1 was underdone. All they say is well, this is how we cook. I won't be back there.

This used to be my favorite little caesars. The pizza was always good and fresh and READY. It seems that the management lowered the amount of staff on hand by a large margin and its been detrimental to the customers and the workers. Everytime I go in someone is always giving those poor workers an attitude because orders are taking longer than they should. The customer has the right to be angry however I see this as a huge staffing issue by the management.

Extremely slow service! Took an hour longer than app said it would. Second time we’ve had the same problem here.
Nothing is what they advertise it to be! Went to get the fantastic 4 pizza and my entire experience was a wreak! Let’s start with my long 55 min wait upfront in their “hot” lobby! While waiting what do I look in the kitchen and see? The employee that’s fixing all the pizzas gloveless- fixing all the food. Digging her nasty-sweaty hands in all the cheese, sausage, and other pizza toppings while going back and forth to other areas in the kitchen touching other things. The cashier at the front register- please find him something else to do because he’s too discombobulated to be a cashier. He does not know how to keep the orders in line. At all.
