Wish I could give it ZERO stars. I was there last night in the drive thru for a pick up order for an HOUR!! There were multiple ladies inside yelling and acting like they hated their jobs. Saying “I don’t care the drive thru can wait” while only 3 people sat inside to eat and the drive thru was packed. Mind you when we were finally served they said their frappe machine was down, while I watched them hand the car behind us a frappe. Didn’t give my son a toy, and asked me if that’s alright. I said yeah, but what if it wasn’t? And also thy missed my entire 10 piece nugget so all I ate were fries. This location sucks, I would highly never recommend coming here or even just stopping by here for a quick bite. Terrible customer service. All staff needs fired and new staff needs to be hired. Ridiculous

They told me not to get back because of my service dog and our sandwiches were over cooked and there was hair in my food. They refused to refund our order.

Used the curbside service this to utilize my rewards points. Drive thru very busy at 6:50 this morning and I’m the only person uses curbside parking. Waiting 12 minutes and finally had to go inside to find my order sitting on shelf waiting to be delivered. Very disappointed with the service and the lady behind the counter never said a word.

Placed 2 seperate orders and both my chicken sandwitch was wrong with nothing at all but bun and patty on it as well as did not receve any monopoly peels im very disapointed .

This was very disappointing I was craving the chicken sandwich like long day need this fast food look at how sloppy the food was put in the box and the burnt bread and chicken patty
