Best chili dogs and hamburgers around!!!!

We visited for the first time this week as it's about a 30 minute trip for us to go to Ozark - so worth the drive! I had the chicken and my husband had the pulled pork. We both had the AMAZING baked beans and chicken in rice. The food was so delicious and the service was super friendly. The place is small and not fancy, but it looks clean and servicable. There is plenty of parking and easy access right off of Hwy 231. We will be going again, no doubt. We may even get a jar of the honey the owner sells from his hives. We highly recommend you give them a try.

Love love love this little, family restaurant!!! Great barbecue!!! Great prices!!! The smoked chicken was amazing!!! $14 for half a chicken, two sides, and a drink. The owners are great, hometown people!!! Love love love

We both had the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. Both were very good the service was excellent and very friendly. The must have for desert was the butternut pecan cake. You will want more than one slice.

Parking: The building is on the side of hwy 231. The building is an old gas station with not a whole lot of parking but, it seems they accommodate quite well.

On 3/19 I made my first visit to Farmer's Daughter Country Store. I went with a Friend Angie that visits often and decided I wanted to tag along. I had a great time and enjoyed my lunch. I also liked the visible indoor Beehive. I will definitely visit again.

The absolute best food you ever tasted. Customer service is always amazing and they have cakes by the slice too. You better stop if you see the sign. It's worth it!!! Everything is Delicious!!!

I’m from Tallahassee and I stopped there today on my way home and ordered a slab or ribs, a whole smoked chicken, bbq baked beans, potato salad and 4 slices choc cake. Amazing. Simply amazing. A definite hidden gem in the rolling hills of south alabama. I’m so glad I stopped there. The ladies weee super nice. Did not wait long at all and the food was plenty and the best. Y’all need to come up with your signature sweet bbq sauce though or if you do already I didn’t get any. Smoke flavor of the meat and seasoning was phenomenal. The chocolate cake was like my late granny’s cake. When are y’all moving to Tallahassee?

I've had just about everything on the menu and all of the food is delicious! it's definitely a place you want to try if you haven't been there. If you plan to go on Saturday, you either need to go early or check to see what they have. They try to sell out on Saturday, so that you are always getting the freshest, best food!
