I order a chopped salad add ssked spinach to be added. I got a 2 pound salad with a ton of ranch and NO lettuce in the chopped salad. I go to the Subway and they tell me I can't get my money back have to call the owners and I call no one answers the phone. So I am left with a spinach ranch something I don't want or will dare to eat 2 pounds of spinach well it's 2 pounds because it has way too much ranch.

So they would not answer the phone, way to fix a problem. But they did call the store told them to give me only my $8.55 back not the doordash fee, service fee back. The dash driver was great not his fault, he can keep that tip. My total was $17.40 - $3.00 tip and they gave me back $8.55 I am still owed $5.85. Mind you I still haven't had lunch. Oh BTW they don't have a office in Ozark unless its in the church. I drove by didn't find a sign or a bossiness around just two churches.
