We come here all the time because it’s one of the places my child requests often. Today, she requested Zaxbys and we went through the drive-thru per usual. The lady at the window was BEYOND RUDE and rolling here eyes from the time she was making drinks. The other lady had to tell her to “watch her mouth” when I asked for our sauces that we PAY EXTRA FOR. I don’t know what she said in the building, but I can only assume it was inappropriate. Terrible service. Asked for fresh cookies and handed me back cold ones walked back Inside and the workers were absolutely rude and talking/ laughing about the fresh cookies I’m sorry but if I pay and order food I expect it fresh! Won’t be back for sure
Went to claim to win of the Christmas meals yes was off a day but no one knew what I was talking about why have it cut off on the 30 when December has 31 days wasted a whole drive I have a problem every time I go to a Zaxbys
