Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Stopped for a quick dining on my way up to North Alabama, and the food was good very pleased with the attention and the restaurant was clean. Thanks to Denoshia for her hospitality!

I've been eating from this Zaxby's since 2020. I have not had a bad experience yet. I don't necessarily agree with putting your employees outside under a lil 4x4 cover to take my order when there's an operational drive thru... but that's just my opinion. Leave that system to Chik FilA that already does it well.

I ordered a Cobb salad at 1100 this morning. No line, no wait, friendly service from Deoshia.

Took entirely too long to get food at drivethru. Missing part of order. Went back. Got it. Came back home. The food was bland. BBQ sauce was watery and salt less. I'm normally not that 3 dang. Of course, they forgot the fries because I assumed they would get it right the second time. So, I made an a outta them and me. Little disgruntled and wont be back. Had to spell a because google considers that word offensive

I was yelled at when I came through the drive through (my order was an online order) because I didn't stop at the tent to give them my name. I still don't understand why you have to order at the tent, since you can't even see the menu. It was the most hostile experience I have ever experienced. That lady was mean as hell. The girl at the window was very nice though. Intolerable manager. My order was done and the nice girl working the window handed it right to me. It wasn't correct, I called the store and was told how many ounces of fries are correct for a large fry, and no apology for the wrong finger plate and wrong sides. I was told my name was written down. I don't dare go back to collect my correct order. I was literally terrified of the "manager"

Once again we go through drive thru of Zaxbys in ozark and they screw up my order again. They always forgetting something and it is usually something you paid for.

Paid $85 dollars for food. Rude staff. Fries aren’t done. Cold inside. No sauce on the chicken and wings. Asked about the fries and they looked at us crazy. “Like why are you bothering us?” First and last time eating here.

Multiple seats were dirty and they just opened. It's obvious they only ever clean them superficially. They need a deep cleaning every once in a while... We just had to look for the least gross ones near where we wanted to sit.
