Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had the blue salad and was highly disappointed, the tomatoes were all flimsy and soggy like they have been frozen and defrosted, then I asked for a grilled chicken salad and they gave me the fried. The fried chicken salad comes with Zaxby's buffalo sauce drizzled on it which made it inedible.
Regarding the restaurant, it was nice and clean, and the guy that took my order was nice. So service was ok, except they screwed up my order.

We come here all the time because it’s one of the places my child requests often. Today, she requested Zaxbys and we went through the drive-thru per usual. The lady at the window was BEYOND RUDE and rolling here eyes from the time she was making drinks. The other lady had to tell her to “watch her mouth” when I asked for our sauces that we PAY EXTRA FOR. I don’t know what she said in the building, but I can only assume it was inappropriate. I’ll make the drive to Dothan at this point, and I hope people know serving in a fast food restaurant is a CHOICE, they can quit at any time.

Food horrible took it back and they refried the chicken fries cold tenders gummy toast cold I don’t recommend this location to anyone

Due to a bad experience more than a year ago, I haven't came back until today at my wife's request. Ordered through the drive thru. Pulled up and paid the cashier fella. He gave us our drinks and that was the last of him for 25 minutes. Finally I caught his attention and he came to the window with my bag. I wasn't going to drive off until I looked to see if everything was in the bag I ordered. Looks like they are getting better. This time I was only missing the sauces. I got his attention through the window and asked for the sauce. He said it was in the bag. One more look proved they were not. He then gave me some.
More than a year has passed since my last visit and review and still very little improvement in the quality of customer service.
Shame on me for coming back! By the time I got home, the chicken and fries were cold and the coleslaw was warm.

Haven't been here in years and forgot how good it actually is. Great tasting grilled chicken and tasty fries. Robert Blackmon waited on me, very nice fella. Thanks for the awesome tasting grub.

I've been eating from this Zaxby's since 2020. I have not had a bad experience yet. I don't necessarily agree with putting your employees outside under a lil 4x4 cover to take my order when there's an operational drive thru... but that's just my opinion. Leave that system to Chik FilA that already does it well.

I ordered a Cobb salad at 1100 this morning. No line, no wait, friendly service from Deoshia.

Took entirely too long to get food at drivethru. Missing part of order. Went back. Got it. Came back home. The food was bland. BBQ sauce was watery and salt less. I'm normally not that 3 dang. Of course, they forgot the fries because I assumed they would get it right the second time. So, I made an a outta them and me. Little disgruntled and wont be back. Had to spell a because google considers that word offensive
