I've been eating from this Zaxby's since 2020. I have not had a bad experience yet. I don't necessarily agree with putting your employees outside under a lil 4x4 cover to take my order when there's an operational drive thru... but that's just my opinion. Leave that system to Chik FilA that already does it well.

Never disappoints! When I’m having a bad day and need some good food and service to end the day then I always choose Zaxby’s!
