This Jack's is probably the worst Jack's in Walker County. Every time I go the food is cold, the fries are stale. My husband has tried numerous times to get the mac n cheese and somehow they are always out. Tonight was no different. We went in at 7pm. My husband tried to order a three piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. They were out of mac so he decides to order the two cheeseburger meal with no pickles or onions. The food came out the burgers were cold and buns stale, and the cheese was just sitting on it. The fries were also cold and stale. We live in the area so Jack's is easy but it just isn't worth the money this will be our last visit.

Went thru the drive thru nd asked the girl to hold on a second so I could get my child's order nd she asked me again if she could help me so I asked her to hold on a minute please then as soon as I was figuring out which burgers we wanted she asked yet again so I guess I was taking to long wen I wasn't even sitting there a whole minute yet. Anyways we get our food nd get home which is rite around the corner nd I go to bite into my fry nd I literally can't even chew it cuz it's been sitting under the light for a while nd them I'm trying to eat my burger nd the bun is not soft,it's not hot nor warm nd there wasn't no taste at all just a dried up bun nd dried up patties. This is ridiculous to have to pay so much money for 2 meals nd they were crap! Next time I'll just go all the way into jasper nd get something else.

I ordered a number four combo large with only cheese, ketchup and pickles, and I repeated myself four different times to the register operator. And he still didn’t hear the special request. And when I said it again, he goes back and tells us to prepare and the prepare Person said I’ve already made this and I’m not making it again. I’m allergic to onions and my burger had onions on it. No wonder you guys have a health rating of 82. This is a brand new building at that. Calling corporate.

I ordered 5 cheeseburgers/everything, lettuce,tomatoes, onions, before I left I checked them they had none if the above, just the burger,cheese, very little ketchup & mustard,I told the girl this is not how I ordered them I said with everything she went back told the cook he said that's how they come and they didn't make it right, we were buying these for the guys at the mines which they do keep the lights on for us and they do deserve better than a cheeseburger with just cheese. We order from here alot but NO more, the help and the cleanliness has gone down hill !!
