We stopped by to get a delicious Mocha shake. Unfortunately their shake machine was down. WHAT?!!! Instead of leaving, we got two beef ‘n cheddar sandwiches,and water. Good sandwiches, but I really wanted a shake!

The wife, and I, both got the fried turkey sandwiches, with crinkle fries. Both were very good. But, neither had tomatoes on it. Fine by me, although the wife was a little bit peeved. You should mention it if you're out of them, ya know? We came in around 5:30 on November 14th, and a LOT of tables needed to be cleaned, too. They weren't busy, and the employees were mostly chatting. Time to lean, time to clean!

Stopped by with a friend of mine to just grab a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive through, and she ordered their 5/$10 to take home with her for her family. I ordered some of the loaded fries. To begin with over the mic I ask for those to be put in 2 seperste bags but instead the fries were thrown in the bottom of the bag in one of those cardboard hb clamp shells with rhe other food all on top. Somewhere between packing the bag and us getting the bag, the fries were everywhere in our bag all over the bottom of the bag and the other food. The bottom of the bag had already begun to soak through the bag, so I parked and carried the bag back inside to show them what we had received. The girl up front seemed to be understanding about the situation, not sure if she was the one who packed the bag but not the one who handed it to us. The girl in the kitchen was very ugly screaming at the girl up front about what I wanted when the girl up front told her that she then starts cursing and slinging everything while making me a new order of fries that she slung across the rack where they put the food from back to front. The girl was lucky enough to stop it before it landed in the floor. I actually felt sorry for anyone who would have to work with someone who acted like that. Maybe this is the reason some places are understaffed because I wouldn't make it working along side anyone who behaved this way.
The place was nasty. Everytime we come to the restaurant it is nasty. Floors are sticky and every table and seats have food on them. this place needs good leadership not friends it can be a good place to work with leadership

Ordered two of the smokehouse brisket and one double roast beef sandwiches. All of the sandwiches only had about half the meat they should have. The brisket sandwiches were missing the crispy onion pieces and sauce as well. Whoever assembled these was not properly instructed in how to do so. To my knowledge, this is the only issue I have ever had at Arbys. I only complain because these are not cheap sandwiches. They exact a price premium and high expectations in terms of quality. Visit was on July 1, 2024.
