Went through the Drive-thru at this Arby’s and was told to park and wait . I got 3 sandwiches and some fries . I had to wait 25 minutes on 3 sandwiches and fries !!!! Do not go here!

I got 4 roast beef sandwiches for lunch Monday, by 6 o'clock that evening i was throwing up. Been eating here for years and never had an experience like that.

Floors were sticky throught restaurant. My food, steak bites bowl, was cold, refrigerator cold, not room temperature cold. If you are in Pell City, Alabama I would suggest Jack's loaded mac and cheese bowl over Arby's bowl.

The food was excellent and the staff was nice, but Lord have mercy on the staff cleaning skills. First time here and probably last. All the tables were dirty and I looked like a fool driving here. Even a couple came after my family and I. They was looking for a clean one just like us. Also some drinks were watered down. They are nice though and food was great but inside Arby's is something else.

OMG. Went there to get a double beef and cheddar and a smoked brisket sandwich and some curly fries. the double beef and cheddar was Good, but the smoked brisket was terrible, it's like it had been sitting up there all day, and it was the same thing with the curly fries, it had to be the bottom of the barrel because I never did get a curly fry, just potato pieces. I won't be going back there.
Not bad just got the regular roast beef and it was good staff was nice. So yes I will eat here again

Went here earlier wanted a shake the employee said there shake machine was down which Ik is a flat lie I thought the customer was supposed to be important but they Just didn’t wanna deal with it because they were shorthanded which ain’t my problem don’t think I’ll be back for a while if ever the service was awful to I understand short staffed but the wasn’t even busy
