Very nice lunch today. I was the only one inside. I ordered a Beef and Cheddar sandwich combo with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. I always eat my fries fast and then I have most of my sandwich to eat with no fries. What can I say, curly fries are good when hot. Anyway, I went back up to the counter to order a 2nd curly fry to finish with my sandwich and the lady had just cooked some and she gave me the fries and I ask how much and she said no charge. I was so thankful for that. So if you are in Pell City Alabama stop by the Arby's near the Walmart. Thanks for the free fries Arby's.

The food was very good. We had jalapeno sliders, buffalo chicken sliders and curly fries. Everything was fresh. The service was great.

When I lived there several years ago I would eat at Arby's several times a month and really like the roast beef sandwich. At the times I ate there the service was good. There were a few times that they could have done a better job cleaning and a few times the big drink machine had problems or simply did not work. I used the free wi-fi several times and enjoyed relaxing with some tea.

I was coming home from a long trip and noticed Arby’s was open late according to the website. I called just to make sure - phone rang a couple of times so I hung up and thought never mind I will get something at home later. It wasn’t a couple minutes and I received a call and there was a very polite voice on the other end that said “This is Arby’s I am sorry we missed your call how can we help you”.Y’all that is service with a smile!!

As always I honestly review and this meal was just as delicious as it always is.Parking: There were over 25 spots availableKid-friendliness: Every time I go in I see kids around and they seem to enjoy it.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen at least four handicap parking and ramps going into the restaurant we're easy to maneuver.

It was nasty. The floors and tables were awful. The area where you get lids and napkins didn’t look like they had been cleaned in years. I’m not sure a homeless person would eat at this place. Also the employees were not team players on working together to get the orders to their customers.
