The Manger over the shoe department is a lying 2 faced lady that wasted the cops time and she also is the reason why that store will no longer get my friends or families support. She lied and called the police on me when I did nothing wrong. It felt good to know Pell City PD did their job right I have a ton of respect for them for handling the situation the way they did.

My husband wanted to try Hoka's. The sweet girl in the shoe dept(long reddish blond hair) helped us and found him a pair to purchase. She was very patient and knowledgeable!

My experience is usually great at Martins. Although today i came in to return some items and the customer service was horrible . A grey haired woman with glasses ( i didn’t get the name) yelled at me and told me that i couldn’t return because the shoes have been worn. They were a Christmas present so i’d assume the person who received them walked around in them to make sure they fit but that’s IT. I understand their policy but the way this woman talked me down was horrible. Almost made me have tears in my eyes.

Horrible. They are still using Covid 19 as a crutch. They make it extremely difficult to try on clothes. You have to use the children’s fitting room due to Covid 19. Makes zero sense. One it’s been 3 years move on. Two if you are really worried about making people sick why would you send everyone to the children’s fitting room? This is the reason I chose to spend my money somewhere else.

My wife enjoys this store. It has a little bit of everything a person needs in it. From clothes, bathroom tissue. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help a shopper find something. Plenty of parking.

I've been looking for a place on Google that sells Hoka shoes near Pell City area, and another store in another town comes up. BUT Martin's in Pell City does! The girl in the shoe area was extremely nice, but the cashier's weren't so friendly and didn't know if they sold women's socks lol

I like Martins Clothing for the most part but their covid policy is ridiculous!!!!I understand if you want to keep the outdated policy but atleast make it easy for your customers.EXAMPLE!Only 1 dressing room is open with three rooms for everyone in the store with a sign on the door stating 3 garments and rooms sanitized after each customer.Well while we stood in line today there was a lady with a handful of clothes and her daughter inside trying on clothes and mom swapping the ones out she's holding and then you have the other 2 young girls with a buggy full of clothes and the 2 of them taking turns coming out and swapping for the ones in the buggy. The third room also had 2 girls in it and when a particular item didn't fit one of them would come out and change the size while the other stayed in the dressing room all while the employee just stood there as the waiting line grew.Lastly when a room became available the employee walked in the door and made 2 squirts in the air with lysol to kill the Covid!!
