Where do I start…. Placed an order on the bojangles app at 4:36 today. Went to the Oneonta,AL location and got the no later than 4:45. No chicken, dirty rice, mashed potatoes or fries was cooked. Three employees were on break. They fixed our drinks when we first got there but after waiting 40 min in the store they were all watered down due to ice melted. We finally get our food, walk out to the truck, check the food and of course it’s wrong. Missing one piece of chicken and an order of fries. Horrible service, waited over 45 min for our order. We will never go back.

I come here for breakfast more than I should because this is not the first nor the second time that I have received attitude from the morning shift workers. I get nothing but huffing and puffing as responses and the worst go to hell looks. I will not be back to the location in Pell City, AL.

The food is good, but I just don't like the new chicken tenders. They are just too big. They served these in most of the locations. Not sure if it's in the Albertville location.

If you like old food from the day before, come here. If you like sausage biscuits minus the sausage come here. If you want some of the worst food in town, come here. The absolute state of this place is wild, but thats what happens when the owner spends more time responding to Google reviews than fixing the food and service, and yes they are serving food from the day before if you've only been open for 45 mins and the food comes out ice cold literally stale, its not today's food. You have to be suicidal to eat here.
