Went through drive thru for order and although I received it promptly the bottom of the biscuit was completely hard. I could only eat the top portion and steak.

If you like old food from the day before, come here. If you like sausage biscuits minus the sausage come here. If you want some of the worst food in town, come here. The absolute state of this place is wild, but thats what happens when the owner spends more time responding to Google reviews than fixing the food and service, and yes they are serving food from the day before if you've only been open for 45 mins and the food comes out ice cold literally stale, its not today's food. You have to be suicidal to eat here.

I order bo bites said be 4 minutes wait i agree but i set our there over 20 minutes so nothing i went everyone was on there phone doing nothing i got bites they was setting there waiting someone bring them to me after i got them there was no fries and the bites wasn’t done i couldn’t eat them even my dog wouldn’t eat them pell city bojangles sunday crew needs be fired asap worse service i ever had from anywhere i ever been

Girl giving my family our food was rude had to ask for drinks then the dr pepper was nothing but syrup no carbonation and bo berry biscuits burnt used to love bojangles what has happened
Food is great but I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food and watched a manger with gloves on playing on her phone. She put her phone down then proceeded to fix our food with the same gloves. That is extremely unsanitary. She didn’t even try to hide it which makes me wonder what all is happening where we can’t see it. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Let me begin by saying. I really want to give this 0 stars but the only problem was customer service, or maybe I should say with the elderly lady, we will call her J. I thought awwww how sweet an older woman still working, love it, and I bet she is just the sweetest ol’ soul. I changed my mind after interacting with her. She was rude, snappy, and all around disrespectful to a paying customer. I guarantee you, if I come in here again and she is taking orders, I will turn around and walk out. What’s even crazier about this, she was so friendly and helpful to everyone else who came in. Maybe cause they were all elderly and I was the only young…. Okay younger person on the restaurant. Food was really good, fresh and hot. Wait time was showing as usually 15 min wait time, but we ordered paid, fixed our drinks walked to the table and our food was ready. The dinning room is clean.
