The girl taking my order was on her phone. And the manager did not care .then I told her I wanted more cups cause she touched the rim of the cup and she got rude. Then when the girl was putting my order on the tray she was throwing it on it told them to give my money back and left

The last two times I've been here I'm been very disappointed. It seems like the food has gone down hill. Way less flavor. Today I waited over 15 mins for a simple 2 person order. Fries and chicken sandwich was hard. Buffalo Mac and cheese is a joke. One small scoop and a side of buffalo sauce for $3. My 4 piece supremes only had 3. They did give me 2 extra when I brought it up. Older lady taking orders is sweet. I kinda feel bad for her having to deal with such a bad team. I'll be contacting corporate. Do better. I won't be returning.

I don’t ever write reviews but this deserved one. The worker that was working the drive thru was very rude, and did not listen. She rushed us even though there was no line ahead or behind us. The syrup for the pink lemonade was out so our drinks were distasteful. The food was not much better. It tasted like it had been fried in old grease. I asked for Mac and cheese and they gave me fries and usually I would just take them instead of correcting my oy order, however the fries were horrible and tasted old and were hard.

By far the worst customer service. One of the so called managers, Maykayla was very rude, kept putting me on hold when asking for my order then said wait a minute several times I made a comment saying so are you ready now? I heard her in the background saying, why is she so smart? It wasn't me that was rude, it was you .This girl needs to be demoted or taken off the drive thru orders.

Husband loves the bacon, egg, and cheeses biscuits. Only down side to this visit. They didn't have drink lids.

I do not know who does inventory at this location but something needs to be done about it- they are always out of items / especially dipping sauce #honeymustard. This is one food chain that is close to home and every time that we stop by it is always a disappointment. Never any improvements it seems and every time that we are out- the place is empty. How are items out of stock? Make it make sense!
