the older white lady that works there is so rude for absolutely no reason. she was talking to me slowly like i’m stupid so i just stared at her because what is your problem..? this isn’t their first time having bad service district really needs to get on them about this. the only thing good about this place is their playground.

I went thru the drive thru on Friday October 31st around 4-4:30. I had to place my order 3 times and then had to wait at least 10 minutes after paying. I ordered 3 times a #9 with cheese and large Dr Pepper there was no cheese and fries were cold. I usually am very satisfied with my orders from BK but this was really bad.

I had an awesome visit to Burger King recently! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and my order came out quickly. What really made the experience special was Laci — she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her great attitude and attention to detail made my visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and genuine kindness!

I went yesterday afternoon at around 2. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. The same lady who took my order was at the window had the worst ugliest scowl I’ve ever seen she had a terrible attitude absolutely 0 customer service skill. We asked for ketchup and BBQ she looked at us did not say a single word of acknowledgment asked us to pull forward a sweet lady brought out food out we did not get the sauce so I went in to get it at which who im guessing is the “manager” was loud rude and was looking at me as if I was the problem the lady who brought my food was getting me the sauces and the manager very loudly said “what about it” while looking at me up and down. This is by far the worst the absolute worst experience I have ever received in any type of establishment in my entire life and if this is how Burger King wants to continue at this location. They need to just shut it down. With all that being said I’ve worked in food industry and no matter what type of mood I was in I absolutely have never taken it out on customers I tried to give benefit of the doubt of “maybe she had a bad day” but once I went in to get the sauces I could tell that this is simply just their attitudes and it needs to be looked into by corporate.

Came through around 10pm. Lightly staffed but friendly and attentive for a bunch of folks that I'm sure we're ready to go home. I ordered something they had to cook but the service was fast and the food was well prepared and hot. I had pulled forward, and when they brought my order out there had been a miscommunication on condiments, but the young man that brought my order was friendly, and prompt. Went back and got what I had asked for, hustled back out, and wished me a safe trip and a good night. 10 out of 10. Wonderful last stop on my way home. Simple quality customer service seems to be a dying thing, but they (this store) give me hope because it still exists in what, might at first glance, seem the most random, unassuming spots. Thanks guys for being awesomely human. 10 stars if I could.

Ordered two 8 ct cheesy tots, had us pull up to wait and gave us all old tots except two. Has us wait all that time just to get two fresh little cheesy tots. Disappointed.

So tell me why the ice cream cups only get filled up a quarter of the way now? When I first started going there they were filled up and now they're not even halfway filled. You would have to buy 3 to get a full cup of ice cream and it's ridiculous. Compare to McDonald's and it's shameful. At least McDonald's fills theirs all the way up so your getting your money's worth. Also depending on the person that fills them up depends on the amount you get also and it shouldn't matter who you are or who's filling them up they should all be the same.

I always have a good experience coming here. Not sure who the blonde girl with the facial piercings working the first window at 11 this morning was but she was the BEST! Thank you guys for making food with care and serving it with smiles, happy to come here for a quick bite after a long day of work.

The food was good but dealing with employee attitudes was not what I signed up for. The young lady at the drive through window needs training. I had to sit and ask my wife what happened because I was truly confused.
