Was thinking I'd get a good homemade burger from here, but the patty was thinner than a quarter pounder patty from McDonald's and so salty! The bake beans tasted like Bush's straight out of a can with a few pieces of pork in them (try adding some BBQ sauce and brown sugar)and the mac and cheese tasted like plain boiled noodles. For the price it was just a waste of money.

More of a personal opinion I would not recommend this place They've better bbq places

A couple coworkers all ordered food together for lunch. The pulled pork was old, dry, and greasy, the Mac and cheese tasted like it was kraft powder Mac and cheese and the black eyed peas had no flavor but full of raw onion. The burger was so salty you couldn’t eat it and every plate was wrong. The ribs were boiled. For sauce they sent ketchup and mustard but no bbq sauce. The only thing good was the banana pudding but 4 dollars for tiny cup is ridiculous. Over $100 dollars in food and it all was terrible. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Memphis locals driving through Alabama and decided to give this place a blind try, SOME OF THE BEST BBQ IVE TRIED!! Ignore any negative reviews on here, they don’t have good taste. This place is honestly even better than some local Memphis BBQ spots and that says a lot. Me and my fiancé got the 1/2 rack and devoured it before we could even get pics, I mean the meat was literally falling off the bone. My brother got the smash burger and we immediately had to go order another one for us because it was so good. The only thing that could use some tweaks was the Mac n cheese, not bad but definitely not Memphis quality. If you’re driving by definitely give them a try!

I really hate giving a local place a bad review but with the price of food, its ridiculous. I stopped in on a Saturday aternoon to get a pound of brisket and some smoked wings. The young girl at the register was very friendly but the food was just mediocre at best. The food was hot when it came out to go, but the smoked wings were just ok, didnt really taste smoked at all though. The brisket at 17.99 a pound tasted no different than a stringy chuck roast. Definitely did not taste like any brisket Ive ever had. What a disappointment for 50 bucks. Honestly cant say I'll stop back by here again.

This used to be our favorite BBQ spot but since they reopened the food has gone downhill. The pulled pork tasted like it was cooked in a crockpot—no flavor at all. No smokiness, no char. The mac n cheese and baked beans were bland as well, like they were straight out of a box/can. They must have had the smoker off for today. We called in to complain and she said she would go back and taste the food. We won’t be going back.
