Hunter, our waiter, was extremely pleasant and very accommodating! He gave us everything we needed immediately upon request. He was also very pleasant and polite when talking to us.

I placed my order online and tried to pick it up 25 min later. It was only a Family meal and I have to wait in the restaurant around 40 more min. This one was de second time I had the same bad experience. I don't placed orders online anymore for this restaurant. I understood it will be a waste of time.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! I the past 20 years this is one of the top visits I've had. It reminded me of everything that made me fall in love with the Cracker Barrel! Sharliyah was an absolute gem and flawlessly executed every aspect of service with charm, candor, and a smile! As I left to pay, Anna and Amber were warm and pleasant. This team made my day! The eggs were cooked to perfection right along with the pancakes. My favorite catfish was just like I remembered. (Sorry no pictures of food, but it was so delicious and appealing that I ate the plates clean!) I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel location if you find yourself in Pell City.

Sat down never got waited on.they forgat us

Got seated right away. Restaurant was not very busy. Waited 10 minutes before server came to take my drink order. It didn't take long for food to get to table. Food was good, but corn muffins were over done on the top.
Cracker Barrel was one of my favorite places to eat, but not anymore. Have tried different locations, but food and service has gone down since COVID lock down. They have just never recovered.
This was the Pell City, Alabama location.

My husband had decided to never go to Cracker Barrel. Waitress was ugly to us over catsup. And that had become the norm. We ate at pell city yesterday. Victoria was our waitress yesterday. She deserves a raise. She was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. Very very clean. We will eat there again. Thanks for a great experience.

Our travel crew of 8 was on the way to ATL for just an overnight stay & of course we had to stop here. Everyone was so nice & our food was really good.
