Food is generally good here. They wanted to charge a 7 year old 65 cents for sprinkles on his kids ice cream cup that came with kids meal. I understand the company has to make money but declining to put sprinkles on a kids ice cream cup over 65 cents is immoral imo.

Close too early 8:10pm for no reason. I seen customer there like 10 people.
We showed up last night in the drive through after a baseball game right at closing time without realizing it. The only way I found out was because of the time it took for our food to come out. Instead of telling us that they were closing in 1 minute they cooked us all fresh food and brought it out to us. The crew of this restaurant deserves more praise than I’m able to give them just for being amazing human beings and I will definitely be going back there.

Go get you a hot fudge Sunday. Great people, great place. Owner cares about the wellbeing of their employees. Which you don’t see a lot these days.

Enormous lady caught an attitude with me and I was trying to order a number 3. She told me to go to McDonald’s. Terrible customer service, absolutely horrific. Unacceptable coming from a licensed customer service expert as myself. Food wasn’t bad.

Pell City DQ is the best! I took my 7 grandchildren for ice cream treats at our local DQ. The cashiers were friendly. Our order was accurate and served with a smile. (Our order was for 11 people)
