We showed up last night in the drive through after a baseball game right at closing time without realizing it. The only way I found out was because of the time it took for our food to come out. Instead of telling us that they were closing in 1 minute they cooked us all fresh food and brought it out to us. The crew of this restaurant deserves more praise than I’m able to give them just for being amazing human beings and I will definitely be going back there.
Pell City DQ is the best! I took my 7 grandchildren for ice cream treats at our local DQ. The cashiers were friendly. Our order was accurate and served with a smile. (Our order was for 11 people)
This is forreal the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. The doors have spoons for handles, the cashier was so damn friendly, she brought our food to us which was so good, best bread I’ve ever had from any Dairy Queen. Bathrooms were spotless, tables were clean, a guy was mopping. And the food didn’t take long but was all fresh. Highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!
