LITTLE Lisa (mgr) @ Pell city locations was excellent today! Replaced a had tossed for a thin crust bc I could not order online and the phone order person did not ask, what crust”! She was so pleasant & friendly! Excellent customer service!!!

Probably like dominos more than any of the other pizza places around this area! J&R’s downtown had some really amazing pizza but I think they just changed owners and I’m not sure what direction they’re moving. Dominos has some of the best service in town though! I’ve been through the line in the middle of game days and it gets pretty busy! They can handle it though!

When I arrived it was not even on their screen so they charged me then proceeded to not make my pizza at all. Finally requested refund after waiting 45 min

This is the cleanest Domino's around. I'm so proud of these guys, they have done an excellent job at maintaining the store since it was built. Alan is a teenager that works there and he always answers the phone very politely and is just an absolute pleasure anytime I see or speak with him in store or in the drive-thru.

My family and I ordered 2 pizzas from this place and after eating two slices, I quickly became nauseous. It was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. Excessive salt, grease, parmasean cheese around the crust and way too much garlic, not to mention poor presentation. Everything looks like they just tossed it on thr pizza and threw it in the oven. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I made my order online driving from Talladega to Pell City. Drive thru was easy to access and not crowded by delivery cars like the Talladega location often is. Upon arriving I was greeted with the sweetest smile. The food was hot when I got it and still hot when I got to the campground. The kids and hubby were happy and so was I. I'll definitely be getting pizzas from here in the future for all our camping adventures.

Asked for drinks multiple times, blocked me on both numbers.

I just made an order today, and they put me on hold and hung up on me twice. Finally, they answered, put me on hold, and disconnected the call, and I had to use my mother in law phone to make the delivery. When I got off the phone, I accidentally called on my phone, and they blocked me. I didn't deserve that.

When to pick up our food some supervisor was getting onto an employee and being really rude raising his voice in front of customers as well as me and my children. That's definitely my last trip there

Ordered wings and pizza online on Friday night. Signed up for text alerts and 1.5hrs later nothing so I called the store to inquire about my order was first told it hadn't been started yet so when I asked how much longer was told 45 minutes then after being asked again my name was told oh no it's ready and has been for almost an hr so now my food is just sitting. Get my food hime and my wings were still bleeding my pizzas looked as if they had been dropped or slid sideways at the least as all the toppings were all on one side. Very disappointed in this order all the way around.
