The dumpling sauce was not dumpling sauce. Not sure what it was but I poured it out. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken which upset my stomach. As well the lack of sauces on the three meals I picked up made for a very dry rice and meat experience. There was no one in sight when I came in and rang the bell. I have a lot of asian friend and eat many things you would never see on an Americanized menu but I usually enjoy even the Americanized asian fast foods ... but not here.

So the Name is actually the "New" Great Wall. (Used to be just The Great Wall and they "had" Great Food)2nd - I don't expect anybody in Pell City Alabama to actually be looking for authentic Chinese cooking in Pell City and you definitely won't find it here!3rd - I don't eat Fried Rice(Unless I make it myself) so don't order Steamed Rice HERE cause at 5:30 in the early evening it's not fresh it's old and for use in Fried Rice (so if you eat steamed rice this isn't the place for you!)4th - EVERY ASIAN (and some Mainland Americans) know the difference between Bok Choy and Napa cabbages (if you don't, don't worry about it this doesn't pertain to you anyway lol) so when you say there's Bok Choy in the Chow Mein and there's Napa cabbage instead THAT MAKES YOU A LIAR(liar, liar pants on fire... And if you're not careful so will your car lol) {I don't care about your car, you probably ripped someone off to get it anyway}ANYWAYS... I say All this, because every human being has to eat to Live. HOWEVER, there are "some people" who LIVE to Eat!!! It's the flavor, the taste, the texture the Food... To experience other countries and what they have to offer culinary wise(aka authentic foods) through the pallet(aka your tongue) (and proper"AUTHENTIC" Chinese Cuisine is SOOOOOOO Flavorful and absolutely delicious(Yet different than Japanese or Korean)that it dances on your taste buds on it's Merry trip to its final destination. They have "Food" HOWEVER...if you're looking for "GOOD" Food, it's not here... That Chinese Junker has sailed. As for what dishes I recommend... I'd say go to Birmingham and eat at King's Buffet the food at least tastes better and they know the difference between the different cabbages and did I mention it tastes better!!
Parking: You're right next to Papa and another store so you'd be lucky at the right time to get parking
Kid-friendliness: There's NONE

We order food from here all the time. The food is delicious and the quantity is plentiful. It is not an eat-in restaurant; it is a take-out one.

I paid $18.00 (before door dash fees) I ordered gens. Tso chicken and an extra egg roll.. I got the world's smallest combo plate and it was orange chicken..... $20 dollars for at most $10 worth of food... Very disappointed.

Food is good. Customer service is awful. I placed my order online. The lady at the cash register never looked at me to ask what I needed. She helped everyone around me. Looked around me to the lady behind me that she claims she confused me with and told her that her order was ready. All of this could have been avoided if each customer was treated as they should be. Acknowledge them, greet them, ask what they need. I was trying to be considerate due to they only have 2 people working. This isn't the first time the customer service has been poor. Everytime I order I am treated the same. Customer service goes a long way.
