We had a Georgian (think Russia) as our waiter, we loved the experience! Update: We had a large group during a busy part of the weekend. We were well cared for, drinks, orders, meals and the end of the meal. Excellent service, food and clean! We recommend Guadalajara!Sandra was an excellent waitress, very attentive and accommodating. Quick with suggestions and refills. The food is consistently fresh, hot and delicious.

The exterior was a little off putting (the whole strip mall could do with a refresh), but the food was great and the service was top notch. Will definitely go there again.
the salsa was sour and nasty and warm. we asked for dr pepper and got sweat tea. we asked for steak tacos and got beef tacos that tasted old. our quesadilla was all cheese no steak. the environment is quiet and boring. i grew up eating at this restaurant and loved it and it has gone far

Food was very good and sized right for lunch special. ?
Ordered food for take-out, was cold before we even got to the car. Also, they left off our tacos and tried saying we never ordered it when we specifically ordered them with sour cream and no tomatoes. When we got there to pick the food up, they couldn't find the order and they refused to fix the missing items. They said they didn't charge for them but when we added up the total from their menu prices we were charged for it. They also added a $.43 service fee(which is such an odd amount) because we used a be it card.
