Terrible service, we stopped on the way to Talladega races, the restaurant should have had the staff to handle people stopping on the way to races. There were 20 in our group, the 1st guy to order was the 15th to receive his food. Food was completely cooked on several of the meals. Needless to say we will find a different spot for breakfast next year

I timed it and literally sat in the drive-thru for FOURTEEN minutes. Back when I worked in fast food I would have customers in and out in less than 30 seconds. Best of all, after all that time she gave me no napkins. Impressively horrible service. Would give this place 0 stars if possible.

I will never ever go to hardees in Pell City again. Its very unorganized and slow. Everything I ordered was wrong. They had 3 people working and 1 girl doing everything. She was cooking fries and doing the drive-thru. And 1 girl was just propped up against the counter. I had to give it 1 star because I had to. But I wouldn't give it any stars if that was an option.

Disgusting!! Wait time ridiculous! Received wrong order! Ran out of hard taco shells at 12:15 lunch hour. Hamburger meat looked nasty. Threw in trash. I will never go back again. Appears to be a front for some other operation. It is certainly not fast food nor edible food. Close the doors immediately!
