There was a employee there coughing all over the food . And didn't wash her hands or covered her mouth we spent 25.00 on breakfast this morning and threw it away cause she coughed all over it .I want be back there again .Tina Smith

Bacon egg and cheese biscuit that tastes like it’s been sitting out over night, then squished and tossed into the bag. Jacks use to be my favorite fast food but now it’s at the bottom of my list and I’d rather eat McDonald’s over this garbage.

We used the drive-thru. The interaction was good and quick. I had a biscuit and gravy with a side of bacon. It was all hot and delicious! I will return when I am back in Alabama.
Manger Jess / Jessica was very rude and refused my service after me going out my way to get my CDL to present to her after she requested them for the discount I recommend she but reevaluate retrained on customer service.

I had an exceptional experience at Jack’s Restaurant, thanks to Sabrina at the drive-through. She was incredibly nice and patient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her customers. I hope I got her name right—she’s the wonderful Black woman with the curly ponytail. Thank you, Sabrina, for your outstanding service! You made my visit memorable!
