Jersey Mike's Subs

Arrived at 12:11 for 12:15 scheduled pickup. Order wasn’t ready. Stood at pickup area over 5 mins and was never acknowledged. Finally moved into the line and saw order ticket still hanging unprepared. Asked to have it done asap at 12:22 (see pic) but then found they did not follow the “toasted bread” request I’d made online. Went back inside to get the receipt they failed to put in bag and again waited to be acknowledged. Guy couldn’t find it in register so moved to another (guess that one processes online orders). When he didn’t find it right away, manager came over to assist, AGAIN no acknowledgement of a paying customer. Frustrated, I started to look at the numerous tickets the guy had printed and pointed out that he was holding it in his hand. Female manager took it from him, handed it to me and not once spoke nor made eye contact. I returned to my truck and filed a complaint. All told, I was off the hwy for over 30 mins when the stop should have taken maybe 10. I didn’t take that crap in over 2 decades in the Army, I sure as hell ain’t taking it from some college student. We usually go once per week and the business has been going down hill. The last time they were out of beef and out of chips. On tip of that the three. Drinks we got were not drinkable due to no syrup in the machine. The manager was all apologetic but this is not the first time for this type of experience. We are very loyal Jersey Mikes customers and this is the worst one that we have experience. It’s to bad they are the local one for us. Please get it fixed.

Just went to the Pell City restaurant and they took my order , we waited about 15 minutes then they told us they were out of bread. 2 people behind us got there's with bread but some how they didn't even have our order. They gave us a refund for the sandwich but not the drink and chips (which we wouldn't of got if we knew we were not getting our sandwich). Then they tell us it will be 3 days before we get our refund, what if that was the only money I had, thank God it wasn't.

Shout out to Aubrey

Placed an online order at 7pm and didn’t get my food until 7:45. There was only one other person in the store with 3 people working. All the employees were arguing with each other. When the employee handed me the sandwich we were waiting on he said “here’s your BLT” I said I didn’t order a BLT, he said whatever I really don’t know what I made you. I only had three sandwiches total in my order, so it wasn’t anything crazy. Terrible customer service, store was dirty, and spent $45 to not even get my order correct.

They have a Great Commercial about making a hot sandwich right before your eyes 🤣. I have been to JM twice & never got a hot sandwich.
No meat on the sandwich, no choice of bread.
Food is Not better than Subway and way less meat on the sandwiches.
Expensive! Between my wife & myself $30 and that’s with a drink.
That is the end for me. You would be better off at FIREHOUSE SUBS.

Worst jersey mikes I've ever been too. Took over 30mins to get our 1 sandwich. When we opened it, it was so gross looking and impossible to eat!!!! What a mess.

We love jersey mikes! We usually always come in during lunch and they are great. Went in one evening about a week ago and the food was amazing as always but didn’t appreciate the condescending attitude from the red haired chick working the grill. Other than that it was perfect as usual!

Pell City Jersey Mike’s is the best! We’ve been coming here pretty frequently and the service has always been great and the sandwiches even better. We actually choose to go to this location that is several miles farther away from home just because of the service. It’s nice to see the same staff, especially when turnover rate can be so high in the service industry (understandably when customers can be so rude). Great job here, guys!

The prices are horrible for what you get. The workers are not keeping the prep area properly clean, literally using a wet old rag kept in the corner to clean the prep area. Bacteria propagates easily in that environment. 4 people who were behind me and call in orders were done before me, no explanation only sideways glances by the staff because they messed up. Finally received my order and dismissed out the door. I will not be back and will spread the word that this Jersey Mike's is definitely a hard pass. Just one last edit because I see the owner responding with basic canned answers. I would be careful with this store because the state that I saw it in and the cleanliness practices that the staff were not using is going to get you shut down. When you wipe your prep area down with a dirty rag you are asking for food poisoning. The staff were kids doing their best but they obviously needed a manager there to help them.

Food was great and Staff was nice, we ate inside and they made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Everything was clean and looked good.

I am from up north and live in Cropwell Alabama. I have had Jersey Mike’s sub and I’ve never had one as good as the one I purchased on Christmas Eve! I give you 20 stars!!! It was so tasty, not dry and flavorful! I had to call the manager and tell him! I’ve always been afraid of ordering northern food here. This blew me out the box! 🙌❤️
