Pell City Jersey Mike’s is the best! We’ve been coming here pretty frequently and the service has always been great and the sandwiches even better. We actually choose to go to this location that is several miles farther away from home just because of the service. It’s nice to see the same staff, especially when turnover rate can be so high in the service industry (understandably when customers can be so rude). Great job here, guys!

The prices are horrible for what you get. The workers are not keeping the prep area properly clean, literally using a wet old rag kept in the corner to clean the prep area. Bacteria propagates easily in that environment. 4 people who were behind me and call in orders were done before me, no explanation only sideways glances by the staff because they messed up. Finally received my order and dismissed out the door. I will not be back and will spread the word that this Jersey Mike's is definitely a hard pass. Just one last edit because I see the owner responding with basic canned answers. I would be careful with this store because the state that I saw it in and the cleanliness practices that the staff were not using is going to get you shut down. When you wipe your prep area down with a dirty rag you are asking for food poisoning. The staff were kids doing their best but they obviously needed a manager there to help them.

I am from up north and live in Cropwell Alabama. I have had Jersey Mike’s sub and I’ve never had one as good as the one I purchased on Christmas Eve! I give you 20 stars!!! It was so tasty, not dry and flavorful! I had to call the manager and tell him! I’ve always been afraid of ordering northern food here. This blew me out the box! ?❤️

Have never walked into a Jersey Mikes before and been ignored by staff. They continued to work on a large pick up order while I stood there waiting and expecting them to make my sandwich right then. The staff was not friendly. Would not recommend coming here, especially if you're in a hurry.

I went into Jersey Mike's around 6:30-7ish a week or so ago and was greeted with a young black girl with glasses (I didn't catch her name). She didn't seem to pleased by the way she rolled her eyes at me for ordering. It was not a very pleasant experience, but the food was decent.Parking: Nice size lot for the location. It is a multi concept location, so depending on the time of day, parking may vary.

My daughters and myself attempted to eat at Jerseys Mikes in Pell City today. Upon entering we were turned away due to my daughter having a medical alert service dog. After explaining she was not a pet but a service dog we were still denied service. I have made a complaint with the civil rights department.

I love Jersey Mike's roast beef sandwich, Mike's way with a little mayo and the meat heated up.Unfortunately they will not heat up the meat here, and to me it's just not the same cold, bummer.

I totally LOVE the sandwiches here! The meat and cheese are sliced fresh as you watch. All the other trimmings are fresh as well as the bread. They do not scrimp on the amount of meat and cheese nor the other trimmings, it overflows the bread on both sides! YUMMY!! The staff are very friendly and patient while you make your choices. This store is very clean and pleasant. I go back every chance I get! It seems to cost just a tad more than the others but it is well worth the difference.Parking: I have always found a park space right in front of the store.Dietary restrictions: I need a non-white btead and they have a great wheat option

Came here on a SUPER busy day - the Strawberry Festival at Cullman. The staff were kind, efficient, and accurate. The food was tasty, and we all got what we wanted.
