Jumbo's Burgers, Wings & More

Placed a to order over the phone felt rushed the entire time. Got there and they had rung us up for an 18.99 plate. When it was supposed to be 12.79 . Looked at the plate and it had three small pieces of turkey 😒. Corn nuggets were cold. No ranch given for the salad. We spent over $40 with them and the service was awful.

I got the Double Classic Cheeseburger, and it had two 8-ounce patties on it. A pound of Meat. Fresh, never frozen, hand-patted out patties. The toppings were fresh as well. Great Owners and staff. Food is usually pretty good. The seasoning of my burger this time was not as strong as usual, meaning, it could have used a little more. My father in laws hamburger steak was undercooked and my wife's hamburger steak was a little undercooked. And no, no one asked how we wanted anything cooked. The coleslaw was good but wasn't cold. I will be back and give it another try. Maybe they just had a bad day.

The grilled chicken is not that good. The hamburger came with stuff on it that's not on the menu. Stuff that you can't just take off. The waitress was a sweetheart. We may go back one day. Now we know what not to order and know to ask more questions about the hamburgers.
