It's the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to come and score a burger for Jumbo's. I am glad I did. I got the Double Classic Cheeseburger, and it had two 8-ounce patties on it. A pound of Meat. Fresh, never-frozen, hand-patted-out patties. The toppings were fresh as well. Great Owners and staff. Got to put this on your Bucket List. In Pell City, AL.
If you love down home southern cookin', this is THE SPOT. There is nothing on the menu I wouldn't try down to the desserts. I had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was all I could do to finish half of it. We had a party of seven people and not ONE had a single complaint about their food or service. And don't get me started on the fried green tomatoes.... This is Pell City's hidden gem. We have good restaurants all around town, but Jumbo's..... Mmmmm,...
The staff was friendly. Their sweet tea was the best tea I had in a while. I never ran out of my drink. The place was busy. The food came out in a timely manner. My husband and I were well pleased with the flavor of our meals. I will definitely go back.
