Went for lunch and everyone in my group had the buffet. It was barely stocked and what was put out was cold and tasted old. NOT one person was wearing gloves when dealing with the food. The guy filling the buffet didn’t wear gloves kept the rag he was wiping the bar with in his pocket and took it out wiped his nose and then dipped it in the water and wiped the bar with it. Mrs. Deborah is usually the one working the bar and does an amazing job, she is so friendly, and ALWAYS wears gloves. The owner Polly Warren was in the back trying to open a bottle of seasoning and couldn’t get it so she put it in her mouth to open it then poured it over the food flipped the food with bare hands and then covered it with a towel. Health Department needs to make a surprise visit to see for themselves. In the hour that we were there we counted all of the things they should be marked off for and based on that their score would be in the 20s.

Came threw the drive thru on Sunday afternoon, and my fries were old and nasty. The chicken broke my old mans tooth. Drove back around, and the old woman with blonde hair was so rude and refused to do anything. She needs to be dealt with. The customer service here needs to get some better training. They need to stop smoking , and maybe the food would be fresh.

When you order a 3 piece combo and wanted 2 breasts and 1 wing. I got 2 backs with hardly any meat and 1 leg. The people are not worth minimum wage.
No substitutions whatsoever at this location. I only have an issue at this particular

Customer service always lack luster. Whomever is the franchisee needed some social classes along with the buisness credits that were needed to obtain his/her position. I've never had so many discrepancies with a restaurant until this one.

Went thru the drive thru. They didn’t give us our dipping sauce and gave us fry’s that were so old and dark brown. Worst experience I’ve ever had this time. The chicken was so hard it broke my old man’s tooth. Maybe if they didn’t have all the employees outside smoking cigarettes maybe the food would be fresh. I’m so disappointed with the food. I probably won’t be back for a long time. Things need to change. Do better people. It’s not hard to make fresh food. The guy at the window was very rude as well.
KFC original chicken was a favorite of mine for years. I went to drive through at this location for 3 piece combo. I received 2 wings and 1 leg that were so small all three pieces fit in the palm of my hand my. The taste was awful clearly the chicken was old and the sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting several days. I threw it all out.Just avoid this place at all cost!

They don’t accept any kind of digital order. Half the stuff on the menu and advertised at kfc is a digital exclusive. No way to order ahead. If they ever join us in the 21st century, they’ll be alright.
We ordered in the drive through. The wait was relatively short. I guess our only draw back was that we had to pay .25 cents for a cup of ice. I get paying for a cup at a small business but this is a National chain. We spent over $50 and they wouldn’t even consider giving us a cup of ice for free. The chicken was good.
