Love eating here, we just don't eat there very often because when we go out for dinner, the lobby is always closed so we always end up eating somewhere else. Open your lobby, play some music for a better atmosphere and you will get more business.

I don't know what happened to this place, they used to have the best chicken ever. The chicken and wings I received last night was not good at all. Really dry and no seasoning, not even salt. Maybe that's why they put like 15 packs of hot sauce in the bag. On a good note my cat really enjoyed it. Oh and instead of a waffle we got a biscuit.

Chicken livers: AWSOME. Green beans: flavorless, like they opened the can, dumped them into a pan to heat, served them. Mashed potatoes and gravy: meat. Potato wedges: nicely seasoned, crispy outside, tender inside, generous portion on large size.

Two 60 year old Australians who flew into Atlanta and then drove all the way to Pell City KFC just for the buffet! So glad we did because it was amazing. Food was hot and delicious and hubby and I walked out of there so satisfied. A special shout out to Marcus, what an amazing young man, a wonderful representative of your company. He was courteous, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just so sweet. Marcus is part of the reason that customers keep coming back to Pell City KFC, you are very lucky to have him. We lived every thing about our visit and meal. Thank you.

Went for lunch and everyone in my group had the buffet. It was barely stocked and what was put out was cold and tasted old. NOT one person was wearing gloves when dealing with the food. The guy filling the buffet didn’t wear gloves kept the rag he was wiping the bar with in his pocket and took it out wiped his nose and then dipped it in the water and wiped the bar with it. Mrs. Deborah is usually the one working the bar and does an amazing job, she is so friendly, and ALWAYS wears gloves. The owner Polly Warren was in the back trying to open a bottle of seasoning and couldn’t get it so she put it in her mouth to open it then poured it over the food flipped the food with bare hands and then covered it with a towel. Health Department needs to make a surprise visit to see for themselves. In the hour that we were there we counted all of the things they should be marked off for and based on that their score would be in the 20s.

Came threw the drive thru on Sunday afternoon, and my fries were old and nasty. The chicken broke my old mans tooth. Drove back around, and the old woman with blonde hair was so rude and refused to do anything. She needs to be dealt with. The customer service here needs to get some better training. They need to stop smoking , and maybe the food would be fresh.
