I would score it much less if there was a way. We had ordered cheese Krystal's. Long wait once we got them and got back to the house not only were we shorted but the were not cheese and they were not fresh. Tried to call no answer left voice mail with no response. Worst service ever. Definitely will not go back to this location.

Krystal burgers used to be a craving, because they were so good. For the last couple times it's nothing but a mushy disaster. The inside of the bun is soaking wet, tasteless and flat out disgusting. Tonight 1/2/2025 @ 09:47pm central local time. Went thru drive thru, gentlemen came over intercom to take my order. I said I’d like a number 3 combo plain. He repeated my order followed by “uhhhh, sorry we’re closed” ….. says 24/7 they even have a “hot & ready” sign lit up in the window. I’m beyond confused

Disappointing, I couldn't eat in the establishment. My wife and I stopped to, hopefully, get a few burgers pretty quickly and take them home to eat. We used the drive thru because I had been to the restaurant door, looked in, and it was filthy. But, I love Krystals and hoped the drive thru might be a little more sanitary. It took just over 10 minutes to get our order. But, we had entertainment! One of the younger guys, not sure whether or not he worked there, kept going out to cars that had driven in and parked, radio thumping, he would hand them something and they would hand him something in return. Then, he would go back inside the building with a big grin on his face, jabbering and talking loudly to the staff. This happened three times while we were there waiting. You decide. The Krystal nearest us in Moody, Al., closed, and the only one even near to us is in Pell City, Al. I would say that good helps hard to find, but even in the store that was closed, the young manager ran front to back in the store, yelling, laughing, even did this in the eating area. Way too loud to eat in comfort. Not to mention, the other males who were preparing food were following his lead, standing around with their hand on their privates just like the manager was doing as he made a trail through the restaurant. These are not the only stores I've seen this kind of activity. It's not competition or Covid running you out of business. It's the lack of supervision, training, and control. Your company deserves to be out of business. It's such a shame, because the food is actually very good and I've eaten at Krystal
