I ordered at the drive thru and my order was incorrect. When I parked and went into the restaurant to ask for it to be corrected, the staff inside was very polite and apologetic, but did not seem to understand my request. I wanted 8 cheese Krystals with extra cheese, hold the mustard. IDK if I worded my request oddly, or maybe I mumbled, but 3 different people seemed to misunderstand my order. Eventually, I was given what I wanted and went home, but it definitely took some extra effort.

For the second visit in a row during lunch I had a twenty minute wait while burgers were being hammered and cooked. The service was piss poor to say the least. During my visit today I saw two groups leave after being told there would be a fifteen minute wait. The staff should have been prepared since this occured during the lunch hour.
Someone dropped the ball on both my recent visits.

What is the 3% service fee? I asked the lady at the window and all she could do is point to a tiny sticker in the window (about 3 inches in size- imagine the writing size) I had to get out of my vehicle and read it myself because she was unable to explain the service fee. To combat rising labor and cost of supplies. That is laughable. Krystal Birger will never get another dollar from me.

I used to enjoy Krystal. Not been in awhile since I don't eat out much these days. Stopped in since I was on the road. They are the same as all other fast food places these days. Profit over product. Krystals don't even fit in the box anymore. All of them were this size. And at a whopping $1.69 each! This will be my last time. Goodbye, you lost another customer. I'll continue to make them at home.

Made order at 8:45, gave the inept staff an extra 20 minutes, told to pull forward at 9:05, after 20 more minutes and watching staff take bags of food for people who obviously hadn't paid, I told them to cancel. Still too stupid to even do that. I love Krystal's burgers, but after the 5th time of seeing such incompetence, never again.

One very slow woman working the window me and other people are standing at the register and there’s five people in the kitchen, staring at us and no one will take our order. Five people People with blue shirt, tongue, red shirt on black shirts on all sorts of different levels back there not one person would come and take our order The Cooks are sitting there with nothing to do because the orders are coming in so slow And there’s a line around the building
