For the second visit in a row during lunch I had a twenty minute wait while burgers were being hammered and cooked. The service was piss poor to say the least. During my visit today I saw two groups leave after being told there would be a fifteen minute wait. The staff should have been prepared since this occured during the lunch hour.
Someone dropped the ball on both my recent visits.

Everything was good & fresh, but one major problem. I bought 12 w/cheese, and the amount of salt was insane. I took a bite out of each hoping to find a good one - but all had huge amounts of salt dumped on them, and I love salt. WTH!! Jeez!!! :(

One very slow woman working the window me and other people are standing at the register and there’s five people in the kitchen, staring at us and no one will take our order. Five people People with blue shirt, tongue, red shirt on black shirts on all sorts of different levels back there not one person would come and take our order The Cooks are sitting there with nothing to do because the orders are coming in so slow And there’s a line around the building

I came in with my son and boyfriend I asked for my boyfriends drink the register girl told me it didn’t come with one when she rang me up for a mid Fanta I also ordered a cherry slushy large and they gave me a small and it didn’t even taste like cherry and the place is filthy tables unclean floors dirty

I would score it much less if there was a way. We had ordered cheese Krystal's. Long wait once we got them and got back to the house not only were we shorted but the were not cheese and they were not fresh. Tried to call no answer left voice mail with no response. Worst service ever. Definitely will not go back to this location.

Krystal burgers used to be a craving, because they were so good. For the last couple times it's nothing but a mushy disaster. The inside of the bun is soaking wet, tasteless and flat out disgusting. I don't say this lightly, but since it was not a one time experience, I feel the need to unfortunately rate Krystal with only one star
