The pizza is actually really good here at this location. Employees can definitely use somewhat of an attitude adjustment, but other than that, it's actually really good.

Ordered at drive thru and had to walk in 30 minutes later after being told To pull around for them to have forgotten all about my order as if i was not parked directly in front of the store. Staff shrugged it off as if it was not a big deal. Will never use this location for myself nor my company ever again.

Pizza was old and tasted off. Bread sticks were made fresh and were good.

Never has anything hot and ready. False advertising or poor management.

So I usually don't write reviews and I love little Caesars, however tonight getting my usual order the same way I had to at the start deal with a rude cashier who failed to inform me the black olives I put on my pizza were not avaliable following a missing order with a 'we gave it to the wrong person' adding an extra 30 minute wait with the pizzas being wrong and the dealing with another rude lady who had to call a manager just to refund me? So like I get stuff happens but that was a ridiculous experience

Ordered through the app. Arrived 17 minutes after placing order, pulled up to window and was told to park for a 10 minute wait. I asked why and the woman said that it simply wasn’t ready. I parked and opened the app and it said the pizza had just been put in the oven. Obviously they didn’t even start until I brought it to their attention. I can get past that but I can’t get past the blatant lie when she said it was cooking.

Slowest location ever. It took an hour for one pizza i ordered to get to me. And when i got it, it was burnt. This location typically either burns pizzas or served them way past the 30 minute sales quality check

The lady working the front was very unfriendly. I watched her cleaning the window instead of giving the customers our food. I also watched her get frustrated and throw my pizza back on the counter and take out orders that came in after mine. I will never eat here again.

I've ordered pickup in store, and delivery on the app and I've waited for my pizza to be cooked in store and somehow every time I end up with a pizza that I guess it's been sitting on a hot plate for a while cuz they're never fresh they're either dry or over sauce and under cheesed the staff is super rude, I had ordered a pizza for delivery through the app, if a company works with a third-party delivery site because they don't have their own drivers they need to make sure whoever is delivering the food has the whole order and not just a single part of it because when I order a pizza and crazy bread and extra sauce on the side and stuff I want to get what I paid for, when I call them to let them know that half of my order is gone I don't want to hear "oh that's too bad" *click* anytime I've tried to sort out an issue with them I've been hung up on or cussed out, even when I waited in store for my order, and told them that they didn't give me the whole thing they told me no you didn't order an extra cup of sauce, and I'm trying to show the girl the receipt and she's calling me a liar while I have the receipt in my hand and then telling me to leave and "stop trying to get free shit" the only reason that I would ever come back is because my husband likes pizza but we cant afford dominos prices

The staff is always super helpful but there’s never any Hot-N-Ready pizzas/menu items that are actually hot and ready. Maybe the place is understaffed, maybe it’s bad management. The Little Caesar’s profit margin can’t be so paper thin the Pell City isn’t able to afford cranking out menu items so that items are available for Hot-N-Ready service…

Long story short: during my multiple and frequent stops to provide patronage at this establishment, I have never experienced bad customer service. The issue lies somewhere else, my guess is managerial leadership/forethought

No customer service skills at all. Rude and barely mumbled. Couldn't hear anything he said and acted like it's my fault I couldn't hear him. Just disrespectful. No other customers and the phone was ringing and no one would answer it.
