Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered on the mobile app and specifically ordered LIGHT SAUCE !! It was full of sauce !! Not the first time ! Even ask the girl to check it and she said it looked ok to her !!

Crazy bread is always undercooked. Most of the staff look and act like they would rather be anywhere else. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. One girl walked past me twice, looked dead at me and walked off. If not register trained, could have atleast told someone that is. Also had their Bluetooth in, playing on their phone. Most of the staff there is pretty rude and need to be retrained in customer service etiquette.

I went today around 130 picked up two cheese pizzas and they were so hard that I had to throw them in the garbage called up there and he said bring them back and he would replace them, but I’m 30 minutes away. They just need to keep an eye and throw these old pizzas in the garbage just at a serving of them to people!!

Multiple visits where they have no food items at all ready. Then the staff is rude and says it’ll be at least 30 minutes before even a single pizza would be ready. Not “Hot and Ready” at all at this location.

Great service. The young man at the window was exceptional polite and when he brought our order to the window he gave us a little pack of cookies for our toddler which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for being so polite and kind.

The pizza is actually really good here at this location. Employees can definitely use somewhat of an attitude adjustment, but other than that, it's actually really good.

Ordered at drive thru and had to walk in 30 minutes later after being told To pull around for them to have forgotten all about my order as if i was not parked directly in front of the store. Staff shrugged it off as if it was not a big deal. Will never use this location for myself nor my company ever again.

Never has anything hot and ready. False advertising or poor management.

So I usually don't write reviews and I love little Caesars, however tonight getting my usual order the same way I had to at the start deal with a rude cashier who failed to inform me the black olives I put on my pizza were not avaliable following a missing order with a 'we gave it to the wrong person' adding an extra 30 minute wait with the pizzas being wrong and the dealing with another rude lady who had to call a manager just to refund me? So like I get stuff happens but that was a ridiculous experience

Ordered through the app. Arrived 17 minutes after placing order, pulled up to window and was told to park for a 10 minute wait. I asked why and the woman said that it simply wasn’t ready. I parked and opened the app and it said the pizza had just been put in the oven. Obviously they didn’t even start until I brought it to their attention. I can get past that but I can’t get past the blatant lie when she said it was cooking.
