The food is decent. The service is awful.I went this past Saturday night. Got there 5 minutes after my food was promised and was told it wasn’t ready, to pull around front and they’d bring it out. No big deal. Waited 15 minutes and nobody brought it out. Finally went inside and the girl up front helped everyone in front of me and then went to the restroom. I asked the guy in the back to check on my order and he brought it right out. It was promised for 6:45, I left at 7:18To top it off, it wasn’t hot. I guess they made it and just forgot about me.

The service was awful. I waited on my food for 45 minutes cars were wrapped around the building waiting to order or pick up their orders. I saw one employee at the front counter who was extremely overwhelmed. The employee and another coworker began putting up CLOSED!!!!Signs on the door so no one could go inside to order. People were walking up pulling on the doors thinking they were closed. So the employee informed the customers that they would have to get in their cars and order through the drive through.....IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Worst place ever.Have never just pulled up and got a hot and ready pizza.Wait is at least a half hour, usually longer.I go only for my granddaughter and we get restless waiting.

Food was good! But they’re really slow. I ordered the Italian Cheese Bread on the app 30 minutes before arriving and once I got there it wasn’t ready. The worker told me to pull into the parking lot and she would bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I decided to go in. There was a customer in front of me upset because she was waiting for her order for nearly 40 minutes after place the order online also. Once I got to the counter the guy just walked to the back and grabbed the cheese bread. Not sure what is going on with this Little Caesar’s in Pell City. They’re always slow and never have any food ready. Thought Little Ceasars food is supposed to be “Hot & Ready.” It’s never ready! I went here before and the worker told me the only way I can get food is to place an online order. This location needs to get it together before the go out of business!!!

This is the WORST little Caesars ever. They didn't take down the name of who the pizza was for. They took down the wrong vehicle. They didn't fix the entire order. Had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of hot wings and of course they were wrong. And ordered the cheese bread combo and then was charged for the sauce that came with the combo. I do NOT recommend using this little Caesars. They have no concept of how to do their job. PellCity would be better than this one in Leeds.

Pizza dough was not even done… The Italian bread was done & good & they did get the order right.. Not that we could eat the pizza other than the toppings.. Also ordered the dessert, which I Assumed they baked - Nope it’s just a packaged brownie. Would not order from again!

CHAMPIONS! I was in a bad situation because another pizza company failed to make a large order of pizzas I had pre-ordered in my local hometown for a birthday party. That pizza place left me hanging a hour before my party of 50 people was starting. I called Little Caesar’s I’m Pell City and they made me 21 pizzas in a hour!! Absolutely amazing! Especially since they were already slammed. GREAT ATTITUDES! GREAT SERVICE! Customer for life! Well worth the drive!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!Party savers!

I would give them a zero if I could. Definitely go there is you’re ready to waste away your whole day. I got there as soon as I got an email saying it was ready and I still had to wait 30-40 minutes because it takes 30 minutes just to “get out of the oven”. Will never be going to that location again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend had to wait over an hour for two pizzas and was the first person to order. 5-8 people who ordered after her got their food first. When we finally got the order, they had messed up one of our pizzas so my girlfriend went back inside and the manager huffed and puffed at her. It took them another 15 minutes to remake the pizza and we finally got to head home. The employees were rude as well as the manager. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a few years now and NEVER have I experienced such slow and poor service. Won’t be returning to this location and anybody else would be wiser to do the same.

This place is a complete joke. Service is unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. They never have hot n ready and I’ve waited multiple times for far to long just to get my food. I will never step foot back in this little Caesar’s. My opinion this place should be shut down.
