They obviously don’t know how to read an order that’s a little specific I told them no cheese or onions on my quarter pounder they proceed to put the cheese on I checked it before I pulled off and ofc it had cheese on it so I told the guy working the window to remake it with no cheese then he brings it back with onions on it like come on now then I told him no no just like the first time I don’t want any onions either then he takes it to the back and just wipes the onions off n didn’t even do that right because they were still on it and I’m allergic to them so things could have gone really bad for me because these people don’t know how to listen I will not be eating from here again.

Always pretty rude and dismissive. Literally never serving promotional items during promo periods like the Shamrock shake. Some machine is always broken, fries are always either hard or soggy no in-between. Always at least 3 pieces of paper taped to the drive thru explaining that they’re only accepting card or only accepting cash, or that their menu prices are wrong, or that something is broken and that they’re so sorry for the inconvenience. (It doesn’t get fixed for weeks) Biggest issue is their service being incredibly dismissive. They always sound bothered and annoyed by your presence.

Time and time again they continue to make a spicy chicken mcgriddle wrong. I just won't come back. I waited inside to get a refund and no one noticed me for like 8 minutes. The manager wouldn't even face me to do my refund. Some of us don't have time to wait to make another one.

Me and my husband came here to dine, and they were not busy at all.It was 540 we ordered our meal from the computer. Our food came out 15 minutes later. Cold and old. We asked for our money back, and we had so much problems, because the machine did not print out our receipt. Took another 10 minutes to give us our money back.

If I could give ZERO I would! I come here a lot and EVERY time my order is wrong. I write emails and talk to manger about. Complaints get told someone will contact me and NOTHING! I confuse to go back bc it can’t be every dang employee is the problem in there! I’m not sure how hard it is to answer a phone either. I say today for 24 minutes even went inside and still got my order wrong!!!! If anyone has a number where I can speak to an owner please comment on here! Thank you! I have noted on each receipt the issue and who I spoke with or how many times I called before I gave up and still have emails where I’ve emailed as well

I have had the pleasure to have Tracey C on the front line, to wait on me twice and each time she is a compleat joy to talk to. And my order came out fast thanks to all who work the morning shift. I don’t know the owner, but if they don’t do everything in their power to keep her and all the great employees, they will be losing a wonderful people and a great asset to their business. We tried to go inside to eat at 7:45 because it said inside closes at 10. The doors were locked but there were a lot of people sitting down to eat and even someone ordering inside (who they just let inside as we were getting out of our car). A little girl came and opened the door and one of the employees shouted that they were drive thru only. Clearly not if you’re letting people eat inside and order. Won’t be coming back.
