Ordered a double filet o fish, got to my hotel, and not one napkin. Zero. Terrible McDonald's, from start to finish. The light was off, a full 55 minutes before they close. They made me pull up, and wait. And wait. And wait. If you decide to go, make sure it's 2 hours before closing time, or you'll spend half a lifetime waiting for cold food.

The last 2 times we have oder here. It sucks. Order 2 sausage and biscuits not in our delivery only 2 cokes an hashbrown and 2 packs of mustard. WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE AGAIN.

Food was meh. Fries weren’t crispy and burger had no flavor but that isn’t what prompted me to leave a review. I went through the drive through on 7/28/25 around 6:00 pm and got talked to like an inconvenience by the lady taking orders. Just the tone and dismissive attitude was off putting and when I spoke to the manager I think she said her name was jasmine I got the same disaffected treatment. I spent most of my life in the service sector and I almost never get upset at food workers but this experience made me genuinely pissed and is not how you keep a customer coming back. I think I’ll be taking a very long break from the McDonald’s at the Pell City location until something is done about this.

Went there this morning at 5:00 AM, no one ask for order. I pulled around and watched another truck go through drive thru. He eventually drove away. I waited 5 minutes went to drive thru and nothing. Drove to the windows and saw nobody with three cars parked outside. Went around again and nobody.
Breakfast was fresh and good. Not too hip to kiosks.
