It's McDonald's, I eat there for my kids. Real talk, I only eat their breakfast and the chicken sandwich. But my kids love the happy meal so we go.Dietary restrictions: I'm type 1 diabetic, no pills insulin only. But if I plan ahead and watch what I eat and drink; There are several regular menu items that I can have. It's an OK Treat, occasionally.
Manager was very disrespectful and horrible mouth. I would never expect someone Who’s supposed to be in charge to act the way that woman did, when working in a restaurant you should have the decency even to put on a fake smile to try to make peoples day it’s pathetic how people act now a days

The drive-thru here is run poorly many times. A lot of the time they have a lady (manager?) standing outside the window to take the food from the worker and hand it to the customer. What a waste of resources. Many times too they have you park to wait for your order. I know they are just cheating the system to make their KPIs look good to corporate.

Pell City McDonald's is the worst fast food I've ever been in. I door dash so I'm in there quite a bit. The young workers in there need to get lessons from Chick Fila employees. I wouldn't dare take my Grandkids in there because of the bad language they are hollering at each other. Also, they have no respect for customers. When they ask to help you and you start talking, they will cut you off to holler at their buddies. Please keep your children from the inside of this restaurant.

I took my son to get a shamrock shake on St. Patricks day. We look forward to this every year. So we put on our green and went inside. We were told we couldn't have the shamrock shake because they were "out of the syrup." Then the sweet cashier girl saw how disappointed we were and she said she would make them for us but she would have to hurry before her manager got back. We got our 2 shakes but it is so sad that the manager at the Pell City McDonald's would not let her employee's make shamrock shakes on Saint Patrick's!

Several years ago lived in town and spent many hours at McDonalds using their free wi-fi over a cup of their excellent coffee. I have always loved McDonald's coffee more than their food items which as fast food never had much appeal to me. I did have a few breakfast meals and a few cheese burgers but were not impressed. The service was always good with friendly staff and after they remodeled the atmosphere was great - somewhat like a regular coffee shop. There were a few homeless people that hung around and I even had a few approach me inside asking for money to buy food.
