Food was great, although the order was wrong and the lady working the front counter at the time has a bad attitude

The worst place ever!!??? I had a traditional hamburger with a lemon aid drink and lemon pie. The meat was dry and the bread wasn't fresh, the sandwich was cold, the pie had no filling it was hot and running!!? Surprised that the drink was OK. I paid $13.00 for food that wasn't good!! This place doesn't even deserve one star! That was for the drink.. ?

I came down here to get some food and I ordered the mega mill and first of all my meat was raw. Second of all my fries felt like they’ve been sitting there for two hours. They were not good. I ordered the double oh sauce to go with it tasted like straight ranch never again. I also watched the manager instead of helping the team talk to this one black woman the whole time I kid you not the whole time I will never eat here again me and my family used to love this place used to be like a childhood memoir to us but now this place has come down to nothing. I went to the location of Birmingham and had a splendid time. Great experience, but the one in Pell city just really set my mood off I will never eat at this Milos again milos please do better

We were very excited to find a new Milo's with a 95 health score. So nice and clean and friendly employees. But something has changed with their meat in the hamburgers. One of worst hamburgers I've had in along time. One pickle. Very little sauce. Blah meat patty - didn't even tasted like ground beef. Fries are still the same as the old Milo's I remember. But smaller everything as far as portion sizes but larger prices. Won't be back. Also too much ice in drink.

Asked if everything was in the bag, the girl said yes. I get home and my thick burger was missing. This is so annoying you pay alot of money and can't even get everything.

Milo's closed at 4 pm! On a normal operating day. I drove 30 minutes to eat here

Completely messed the order up. Not the kitchens fault it was the employee and the drive thru window. If covid taught us anything it should've been to check your order before pulling off. I even had to pull up and wait on the messed up order.

The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time, apparently. Not up to Milo’s standards at this location. Perhaps because it was some time after lunch rush and prior to dinner hour.

I ordered a number 1 no pickle with grilled onions. The drive thru waitress asked me if I wanted a number 2. I said no and repeated my order and asked her to repeat it back to me. At the window they asked me to pull up for 2 minutes for fresh fries. After about 8 minutes I went thru the line again and they had my order sitting at the window. Never intended to bring it out to me. So now my fries are cold and it’s a number 2 with pickles. Not what I ordered with cold fries after I waited 8 minutes for fresh ones. I only get Milos when I drive 45 minutes from out of town. This was awful service.

Purchased 2 burgers, 2 fries, a shake, and a pie - we wound up spending about 40 bucks. The food was super fresh - which one would hope and expect for having to pull around and wait almost 20 minutes for it. Knowing this is a new shop, and they're getting used to the hustle and bustle of everything - I wasn't upset. Hopefully, once the staff is settled in the wait times for a basic order won't be this long. But again, it's worth it. Se definitely will be back.
