I had order Hawaiian large pizza wasn't hardly any pine apple on pizza, also order 12 hot wings got lemon pepper wings. Not happy start with speaking to someone that didn't speak clear English. He must can't hear English to good either.

I order my food online 40 minutes later still hasn’t been put in the oven I go to call them to cancel my order and I’m told “in not in the system nothing you can do” I reply with I’ll just contact the authorities 20 minutes later I get my money I do not recommend this store there rude and thieves

This one star rating is specifically for the manager and delivery driver Lea. I ordered my teenager pizza and instead of leaving it at the door like she was suppose to per my instructions for no contact drop off, she asked my daughters for an adult and then called the cops to do a welfare check on my daughters. Be careful if Lea delivers your pizza. She calls the cops to make false reports on customers. When the app notified me my order was delivered, I definitely did not leave her a tip since she most definitely didn’t deserve one. When I called to leave a complaint the manager was very dismissive and said they have no system in place for customers to leave complaints. I’ve since contacted corporate. The one star rating is for Lea and for the manager who sounds like a very tiny young man.

My 12 year old daughter went in to pay for our cheese sticks and there's a black girl who works there who literally argued with her and me over a .59 cent cup of cheese sauce. I finally pulled the order up on my phone and showed her that we did indeed order the cheese sauce. Everyone else that works there were very nice and understanding, but she was so rude and so argumentative, it was unbelievable. I've never had someone be so rude to my child or myself over 59 cents!! Thank goodness for my order being saved and sent to my email address!! But thank you to the other employee there that was so kind about the situation.
