My 12 year old daughter went in to pay for our cheese sticks and there's a black girl who works there who literally argued with her and me over a .59 cent cup of cheese sauce. I finally pulled the order up on my phone and showed her that we did indeed order the cheese sauce. Everyone else that works there were very nice and understanding, but she was so rude and so argumentative, it was unbelievable. I've never had someone be so rude to my child or myself over 59 cents!! Thank goodness for my order being saved and sent to my email address!! But thank you to the other employee there that was so kind about the situation.

So I placed an order using the app and without realizing had it delivered to my work address called the store to let them know and my food was still delivered sooner than the ETA said it would be couldn't ask for better service ??????????????????
This one star rating is specifically for the manager and delivery driver Lea. I ordered my teenager pizza and instead of leaving it at the door like she was suppose to per my instructions for no contact drop off, she asked my daughters for an adult and then called the cops to do a welfare check on my daughters. Be careful if Lea delivers your pizza. She calls the cops to make false reports on customers. When the app notified me my order was delivered, I definitely did not leave her a tip since she most definitely didn’t deserve one. When I called to leave a complaint the manager was very dismissive and said they have no system in place for customers to leave complaints. I’ve since contacted corporate. The one star rating is for Lea and for the manager who sounds like a very tiny young man.

Pizza was missing most of the cheese and had bubbled dough. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever ordered. When I called the restaurant about it they offered to replace the pizza but when I asked the manager why they would look at this pizza and think someone would be ok with receiving it because now we don't have dinner and he gave me a nasty attitude and said "what else do you expect from me?" I have a pic of the terrible pizza for proof and there is no way it should have walked out the door.

This time I really outdid their self pizza was great papa bites were even better but everything was super fresh.... Would post a pic but the hubby ate it so fast there was nothing left to take a picture of!!!

Customer service is not hard when you are in the restaurant industry. This location needs a class in customer service and sanitation. At no time should anyone be smoking come back in fix your pizza and did not wash their hands. This location needs a lot of work or just better people that want to deliver a great service.
