Went to pick up a DoorDash order, pulled up To one of the things to tell them, I was here to pick up the order, They had me waiting for up to 10 minutes And didn’t even get back with me. Y’all really need to do your jobs. I highly recommend not picking up orders from this place and if you’re gonna eat here, I highly recommend going to a different location that does their jobs

Order her often as of lately the food and the service has saw a great decline. I order the same things time after time but lately every single time I order anything with lemon I get limes. One would think this would be a small part of training to atleast take sure the employees know the divergence in lemons and limes salt and pepper or vanilla and chocolate. But apparently this has been skipped somewhere down the line so now not only am I paying for a fruit I don't even like but my drink is undrinkable due to the addition of the limes. So I'm not only losing my money for the un ordered limes but for the drink also.

Sonic Drive-In is like a retro time machine where roller-skate servers and cherry limeades collide in glorious chaos. You pull up in your car, order through a tiny speaker that somehow makes your voice sound like a confused cartoon character, and 10 minutes later — if you’ve survived the temptation to add literally everything on the menu — a carhop magically appears with a tray of food balanced on your window like a caffeinated tightrope walker.

I have been to a lot of sonics and this is by far the worst and slowest sonic I have ever encountered. The girl on the intercom apparently hates her job because she’s rude and even the guy who delivered my food look like he hated his job. Coming from a company where customer service is our number one priority this is absolutely pathetic.

Got the order finally, missing a drink. Told us they would.be right back. 5 minutes later, I pressed the red button and told them I was still waiting on my drink. Waited 5 more minutes and drove to the other side and went to the door. Got my drink and needless to say, when I get home, everything is cold and smashburger was wrong and burnt. Fries came out of the box in a lump of grease. Unreal!! Won't be back and no, I don't want to escalate the complaint, I'll just post this review and hope something changes.

My dad loves to come here. He always gets the onion 🧅 rings and a burger. I got me chicken bits and french fries with 7 up and fresh strawberries in it.
Ordered medium extreme tots and chicken bites with diet cherry lime aide and a unicorn slushy and too much chili and onions looked like a small and the slushy was melted I'll go to Talladega next time

We waited for 10 minutes pasted our scheduled pickup time for our milkshakes and when we got them they were melted. I sent them back just to wait 20 more minutes for another set of melted milkshakes. They did not care at all and they were not even busy. I had to walk up to the front for my remade milkshakes and they were just standing around doing nothing. The lady that seemed like the manager tried handing me the melted milkshakes and got mad when I refused them.
