Built my order on the app only to find this location isn't taking app orders. Placed order through the kiosk and was told the slush machine is broken. Seriously? At Sonic? Unacceptable. So glad I drove 20 miles specifically to eat at this Sonic.

My husband ordered 2 cheese burgers, and I ordered the French toast sticks. Not a lot of food ordered, but what we had was really good. The lady who brought our food out was very nice.

I moved out of the area many years ago but visited Sonic several times. The food and shakes/drinks were always good. Ate in the car so cant say much about the outdoor seating atmosphere. Service was okay except one time the shake I ordered was over filled and when I grabbed it at the drive up the cup collapsed and the shake went all over me and the car interior hhhhhhhh

I wish I could do a -5 because this is so horrible to be Sonics but anyways went to this place to order a 5 piece chicken tenders and when I got there the woman that was taking my order had no clue what she was doing at all and also rude. I asked if I could get the 5 piece tenders with fries in the basket I didn't get that at all. When I asked instead of drinks could I do milkshakes she didn't add that at all she got us drinks instead and mostly told me she couldn't do that even tho they did it for other people she then walks away and says she would be back she didn't come back until 10 mins later. I'm never coming here ever again and when I got my food it wasn't in the basket at all it was three tenders with small fries. Even tho it's supposed to be a medium. I hated the service and everything. Only thing that was great was the waiter. Even the animals wouldn't eat this. My stomach was in so much pain because the tenders was cooked several times and sit out so many times and even the fries was so soggy and cold it wasn't good at all. This is the worst experience ever and if I could go back in time and change it I definitely would. Even food poisoning wasnt so great I'm not coming back ever again this is a waste and not great for me in the future. It ruined me for Sonic. So good luck in the future and get better people that really wants to work there

I love sonic in Oxford and Anniston bc they make sure your food is cooked and well your skakes are good but the Food is terrible in Pell City the service is terrible there slow and also after eating this food it made me feel sick after eating it and made my stomach start hurting asked for a shake and the woman said you can't get a medium one unless you get a drink and says she will be back when she comes back she doesn't add it to our order like we just told her the woman was rude as hell my drink tastes like sprite and melted down and I had Fanta my chicken tasted Burnt never will I ever come back to a restaurant that there food taste so bad and pay almost $20 and also asked for 5 peice tenders and only 3 little tenders then waited for so long for them to come out with the food this service is so slow and will never change I've read a lot of the reviews and I understand how the people that leaves the reviews feel but I just will never ever come back for how bad the food and the peoples attitudes are

Made a order of 20+ dollars and tipped 4 dollars to get my order wrong then had to walk the order to them to get it right but had to wait 15 minutes for them to restart the order while everyone else was in the car eating their meals and I didn't get to eat with my family so I threw the food away when they finally brought it to the car...Will not be tipping here ever again. It's a shame that you do what's right to enjoy a meal with your family and you have to go without because the people you trust to prepare your meals don't even care to make sure they get it right. Isn't that what you are supposed to be paying for because it wasn't free for me.. and I tipped to thank the car hop for doing her part to deliver the meal you order.

Today 12/12/23 I bought my kids some of the jr chili cheese wraps. NO FRITOS AND TO TOO THAT OFF HAIR WAS IN THEIR FOOD!!! Tried calling several times and it keeps saying unavailable!!! This is unacceptable!!! Normally my kids love these hr wraps without the HAIR ?

Waited for 25 minutes after pressing red button. Writing on screen said that someone will be with you shortly. No one ever acknowledge we were there. Will never return to shis sonic or any sonic in the future. We ended up driving an additional 4 mile to dairy queen which had much better
