This particular Starbucks is always the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST!! Pre-ordering in the app can help to a small degree on the wait time, but generally you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes no matter what. The worst I waited was 27 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. I love Starbucks coffee. However, the last couple of times going through the drive through there is no customer service. Today at 10 am I pulled to yhe window and was not greeted. I spoke and asked how the girl was doing and was ignored. Once I got my drink and pulled up I realized I was missing a cake pop I had ordered and went inside to get it.
