Two days in row. They messed our sandwiches up. Doordash brought nothing but bread and lettuce the first day. It was suppose to be the Vegetarian Patty. Then tonight, ordered a Philly and Cheese. Asked for Lettuce, Onion and Peppercorn Ranch. Again, nothing but lettuce and meat. We won't be back. 😐

"Visited the Subway yesterday and received service so appalling, it's a wonder they remember to put bread around the fillings.
The 'welcome' was a 5-minute wait for acknowledgement, followed by a cashier who seemed put upon by my presence. Orders were consistently wrong ahead of mine – yet no quality checks.
My own sandwich: wrong protein, missing avocado, and a 'light mayo' that resembled a tsunami.
Not a single staff member smiled or owned the chaos.
For a chain boasting 'fresh' and 'customized,' this location serves stale attitude and indifference. Will not return."

The sandwiches are fairly decent, but they tend to put the mayo in one spot or have too much on one half and not enough on the other. One of the subs we get we always get with double meat and extra cheese, but the last two times they didn't do either. I pay extra for those, so I expect to get what I ordered! We've also had issues with not getting all the cookies we order, if any, which is awful because we really love those cookies. It's not all Subways that we have this issue with, just the one on Martin St N in Pell City. Please please please do better y'all!

This is supposed to be a place where you can build your own sandwich and once my sister went up to the counter to start building her sandwich they denied her the bread she wanted to use and made her choose an alternative. They did not listen to anything she said about what she wanted on it and she is allergic to tomatoes and they still put it on there after she specifically said not to. The workers are extremely lazy and 3 of them stood around the entire time. After we made our sandwiches they charged EXTRA for pickles when my brother asked for them because they decided to only put on 3 pickles. They charged us a dollar 50 for extra pickles. Absolutely ridiculous place and lazy staff and very rude!

This place is usually my go to when I want fresh veggies, however, I placed an online order today for a salad, got home and realized that the 2 add ons I paid for were not on the salad...the salad was drowned in so much dressing that it was inedible...I will not be back

The staff was very hard to understand when placing order, was out of mozzarella cheese and ice machine broken. Put very few veggies on sandwich and very little meat. I thought there was a standard way all subways made the sandwich. Definitely not here.

This location in Pell City Alabama never accept the promo codes that are promoted??? I order online and every time I put in a promo code this location never accepts it. This location is going to lose customers for not honoring the promo codes. That what bring the customers in when they see a great promo code online. Also, the last time I order food from here online I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it wasn’t. And my sandwich taste like someone smoke a whole pack of cigarettes while making my sandwich. Make sense because when I drive by now the workers are outside standing around smoking. This location won’t be around long. I see why they’re never busy. Wish they would bring a Firehouse sub to Pell City!!!
